Dismantling the damaged Pressed Tiles over roof including all labour charges etc., complete.

Roof Top of Pressed Tiles including cost and conveyance cost of al materials to work site and labour charges and finishing with one layer of pressed tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 20mm embadded in cement morter 1:3 mix with water profing course and pointed with same mixed morter to full depth of tiles etc., complete. (45% New Tiles)

Providing Granolithic Pattern Floor finish with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 10-12 mm ISS HBG metal and top rubbed smooth etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed

Plastering with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick in all floor including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

White washing 2 coats with shell lime including cost and conveyance of all labour charges etc., complete.

Distempering the old walls and ceiling one coat with best oil bound distemper of approved quality including preparation of surfaces (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, neat finishing, cost of brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer

Re Painting the walls with Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes, sand paper, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) SI No 358

Painting TWO coats of Old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades, etc, with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coats, etc., complete complying with standard specification.
