Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Horizontal Rectangular High pressure Sterilizer of chamber - 432 ltr as per IS 3829 (Part-I) including with all necessary safety features and required half length carriage made of SS 316 (01 No) & trolley made of MS (02 Nos) all as specified and as per manufacturer's recommendation complete all as per specified and as directed alongwith following features :- (a)Material of chamber : AISI 316 quality stainless steel (b) Dimension of chamber: 600 mm width x 600 mm height x 1200 mm length (c) Volume of chamber :- 432 list (approx) (d) Door: Hinge type manual double door with locking of radial arms (e) Material of door : Made of stainless steel 316 qualities (f) Mode of cycle operation : PLC control 6 cycles are available at different parameters (g) Material of boiler / steam generator : Stainless steel 316 quality (h) Electric supply requirement : 3 Phase 4 wires, 400-440 volts, 50Hz AC supply (i) Sterilization time: 30 Minutes at 1340C & 45 Minutes at 1210C; Total cycle time : 60 Minutes. Cont.... (m) The sterilizer will be fitted with all safety features. (n) Shall be provided with a dot matrix printer (o) Feed water pump : Water can be filled automatically ,whenever required with the help of feed water pump. Note:- (i) The sterilizer is a combination of PLC and MMI (i) Every stage of sterilization cycle will be displayed on MMI. (ii) PLC will go through self diagnostic checking system. (iii) If any error is found the same will also be displayed on the MMI. (iv) A microster with the facility of MMI (Main-Machine-Interface) is provided instead of manual cycle operated multi-port operating valve. (v) The operator can programme the cycles with his choice of different setting of time, temperature and corresponding pressure which can be used various contents / materials to be sterilized. (vi) The unit would be manufactured as per IS specification Mark IS 3829 (Part - I) and also would bear the certification. (vii) Installation work shall be carried out in supervision of OEM accredited representative. Make : Make as approved by GE shall be of ISI marked and in case there is no BIS certification system/ Indian standard for the product, these shall be certified by accredited (NABL) laboratories to confirm to other standard of repute ,like British / European /American Standards

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning with clean dry sand in trenches for protection of under ground cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness after punning down shall be measured for payment)

Supply and laying well burnt bricks, sub class 'B' bricks laid breath wise across the length of cable in trenches for protection of UG cables complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding asjlar facing, dressed tone work and precast concrete complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick plastering in CM(1:6) on other than fair faces of brickwork finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 15mm bore Angle stop valve of PTMT of any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing bib tap standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe (Minimum weight 15mm-90gms/20mm- 125gms) complete all as specified and as directed. .

Supply and fixing PVC connection pipe 15 mm dia, 60cm long fixed both side with PTMT nuts, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 15mm dia GI pipe medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth wire 4.0 mm dia connected to test point by means of nut, bolts and washers made out of galvanised iron or steel all including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, RCC (1:2:4) type B1 precast cover slab with one handle made out of 8mm dia round bar, 20 mm dia (light grade) GI pipe with funnel for waiting and 15 mm dia (medium grade) protection pipe and providing layer of charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers, necessary earth work complete as shown in Electrical plate No 3 as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Supply and fixing 20 mm dia MS water tubing , C class ,laid in trench / wall / floor including necessary band valve complete all as specified and directed

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs mentioned on Page No ___ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
