Note :- (a) The equipment offered shall be complete in all respects. Any material and components not specifically stated in this specification but which is necessary for trouble free operation of the equipment and accessories specified in this specification, shall be deemed to be included unless specifically excluded. The equipment shall conform in all respects to high standards of engineering design and workmanship and shall be capable of performing in continuous operation. (b) The panel manufacturer should have following Hovr approved certificates :- (i) CPRI certification degree of protection IP-65 (should have IEC : 60439 - 1test) (ii) CPRI short circuit with stand strength should be 50 KArms for one second with initial peak of 105KA. (J) FOUNDATION :– (a) A PCC foundation (1:2:4, M-20 grade) of weight 2.5 times of the operating weight of Gen Set with enclosure or as recommended by the OEM whichever s higher, is required to be provided by the contractor as is included in scope of work for SITC of Gen Set. The foundation height at about 300 mm or as directed should be above ground level and length and breadth of the enclosure. Genset should be mounted on AVM’s inside the enclosure. Testing : The contractor shall make available testing facilities as per ISO 3046/BS 5514. The Diesel engine driven generating set shall, after assembly, be tested for parameters for its performance in the presence of representative of Accepting officere and results recorded.

HOT WATER HEATING SYSTEM :- Supply, fix and commissioning (Max energy efficient type) 25 Ltrs water storage heater, vertical type, standing loss less than 0.562 kwh per day for 45 degree celsius diffference of temparature as per IS-2082 (five star rated as per BEE) reheating time less than 60 minutes, mixing factor less than 20 %, shock proof high density PUF insulated mild steel body material, glass line ineer tank comprising with and inlcuidng following : - (a) suitable service cable with connecting plug 3 pin 16 Amps including grouting of studs in wall in cement mortor (1:3) nuts, washer and provision of two number PVC connection 600 mm long with brass nuts and two number brass cromium plated angular valve suitable for 15 mm bore pipe for water supply connection (b) glass coated incolony element (c) Capillary type thermostat (d) digital display unit (e) thermal cutout (f) Multifunction valve (f) earth leakage circuit breaker (g) magnesium anode rod cathodic protection (h) drain plug (i) fusible plug fitted on the crown of water heater with operating temparature between 40 to 75 degree centigrade complete all as specified and directed.

RAIN WATER HARVESTING :- M&L for drilling borehole with reverse rotary system of 400 mm bore upto required depth as ordered by GE, including all works pertaining to boring complete in all respect and all as specified in aluvium soil//strata including hard stone/boulder etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Number and locations of bore holes shall be as directed by GE.

M&L for 200mm bore UPVC pipe of presurre rating 10 kgf/Sqcm. assembling jointing,lowering in any position up to required depth below given level including jointing the pipe with solvent and screwing four nos screws in each joint complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 50 above but slotted pipe

M&L for packing with pea gravel of 4.6mm to 8mm size of approved quality as ordered to pack arroung the casing/slotted pipe in borewell all as specified and directed

M&L for 25mm bore perforated UPVC pipe for vent pipe of pressure rating 10 kgf/Sqcm. complete all as specified and directed.
