For tendering purpose Viscosity grade bitumen content shall be taken as 0.75Kg/sqm.

Providing and laying of Hot Mix Dense Bituminous Macadam(DBM) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and 2% cement by weight of aggregate as filler of quality as specified and Viscosity Grade Bitumen (supplied in bulk ) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete [For tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade VG-30 shall be taken as 110 kg/m3 of mix supplied in bulk produced by Govt. Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler material].
Providing and laying of Hot Mix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete(SDAC) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and 2% cement by weight of aggregate as filler of quality as specified and Viscosity Grade Bitumen (supplied in bulk ) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete [For tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade VG-30 content shall be taken as 120 kg/m3 of mix supplied in bulk produced by Govt. Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler material].

Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler material].
Consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity including making good the undulations etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
Supplying and filling good earth obtained from approved quarry (within radius of 10 km) in embankment or depressions in layers not exceeding 20cm (loose) in depth (or any thickness as approved by the Engineer-in-charge in case vibratory roller is used) including breaking clods, watering, consolidating each layer with power road roller 8-10 tonnes weight or vibratory roller of adequate capacity under optimum moisture content condition to give density not less than 98% of the maximum modified proctor lab density (as per IS 2720 Part VIII) complete including leveling, fine dressing to the required grade, camber and slope complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with all leads and lifts. (The item includes cost of work, payment of necessary royalty, carriage of good earth upto work site for all leads and lifts involved. Plasticity Index (PI) of the good earth shall not be more than 8, Payment to be made for compacted quantity only).
Providing and fixing stainless steel runway end marker of size 150mm dia as per standard specification of AAI including cutting the existing bituminous surface for positioning and embedding in cement concrete as per site requirement all complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.
ELECTRICAL WORK
Supply of C. I. isolating transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside diameter 330mm, height 450mm made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding all round, expect top surface, which is 15mm thick, cast iron moulding suitable to receive light fitting base plate/ cover plate on the top & under ground for housing transformer, power cable & having one/two/three nos holes as per site requirement on the periphery centre,75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive one no.of 50mm dia "B" class GI pipe as required. The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 40mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia, 'B' class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 6 nos. M10 tapped hole having center to center distance of 260mm to receive fitting/ base plate and bolts as required as per the drawings.
Supply of following sizes of C.I collers compatible with existing installed CI housiong boxes as per AAI specifications etc as required.

Supply of shalow base 12", 150mm depth i/c gasket, bolts etc. for existing OCEM make inset type runway fittings.
Installation of transformer housing boxes with base cement concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100mm thick, all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick, the top finished slope, including providing and fixing of 250mm long 15mm dia. "B" class GI pipe for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder (bituminous / cc/soft soil) and refilling (wherever the transformers boxes are not in a line the same has to be aligned in such a way that the centre fall in a straight line) etc. complete as required as per drg.
Installation of following height CI Collers with base cement concrete of, all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150 mm thick, the top finished slope etc. complete as required.

Supply and laying of size 32 mm dia "B" class GI pipe including excavation of hard/soft soil complete with threading and alignment of pipe with transformer housing box, providing check nuts, etc. as required.
Supply and laying of size 50 mm dia "B" class GI pipe including excavation of hard/soft soil complete with threading and alignment of pipe with transformer housing box, providing check nuts, etc. as required.
Supply and laying of size 15 mm dia "B" class GI pipe compete with threading and alignment of pipe with transformer housing box, providing check nuts, etc. as required.
Supply of 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type 1 class B connector and suitable field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core 6 sqmm size copper conductor cable confirming to the specified specification etc complete as required.
Supply of 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type 1 class B connector and suitable field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core 16 sqmm size copper conductor cable confirming to the specified specification etc complete as required.
Supply of 10 mm thick M.S dummy Plate of 330 mm dia having 6 Nos. x M-10 through hole along the circumferential centre of 260 mm diameter of plate to receive bolts on the existing Transformer Housing Box along with providing rubber gasket and 1 set of 6 Nos. M 10 size SS Bolts for fixing the MS plate etc. as required.
Installation, testing and commissioning of elevated type HIRL /MIRL fitting on CI transformer housing box/ coller including installation of isolating transformer, lens, filters, lamps and other accessories, alignment, levelling, making transformer connection, earth connection etc., crimping/ jointing of plug & receptacles and making connections and etc. complete as required .
Dismantling & reinstallation of existing inset type fitting including shallow base with all accessories as per manufacturer's recommendations in the runway including cutting the runway with machine tool and filling the all around gaps with suitable fast setting chemical compound & adhesive etc., and bringing the runway to the original shape and strength including alignment, laying of secondary lead between transformer housing box and the fitting, making necessary connections with testing and commissioning of fitting etc., complete as required.
Dismantling of existing HIRL/MIRL fittings from CI Box including removing all connections and fixing of Dummy plate during recarpating work etc., complete as required as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.
Painting and Numbering of HIRL fittings with ISI approved enamel paint (double coat) with yellow paint as background and serially numbered with black paint of suitable size as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and laying of HDPE pipe of OD 50 mm dia. on runway by suitable kerf cutting of bituminous surface and filling with suitable fast setting chemical compound & adhesive etc. after laying the pipe and bringing the runway to the original shape and strength etc. as required.
Supply of 2 x 4 sqmm secondary lead made out of multi stranded copper conductor ERP Insulated & PVC sheathed, 1.1 KV grade underground cable complete as required.
Moulding of secondary cable size 2C x 4.0 sq.mm of 1.1 KV grade at site with required 2 pin male/female connector complete as required.
Kerf cutting with machine in taxiway/ runway/ apron of PQC / bituminous surface of suitable depth and width for secondary and earth cable laying and refilling the same by suitable sealing material etc complete as required.
