Outside Snowcem Providing two coat of snowcem of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer on new surface including preparing the plastered surface smooth with sand paper , scaffolding, curing and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Ceiling whitewash Whitewasing three coats over new surface with approved quality of lime incuding cost of cleaning surface throughlly and removing the scales of smoke and mosh marks with jhama rubbing, scaffolding, washing of floors and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and Fixing 30 MM thick BOTH SIDE PRELAMINATED SOLID PANEL PVC DOOR SHUTTER consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes of 19 guage thickness and,size19x19 mm for styles and 15 x15 mm for the top and bottom rails,M.Sframes hall have a coat of metel primer of approved make and manufacture.M.Sframe shall be covered with heat mouled PVC' C' channel made from 5mm (+/0.25) thick prelaminated sheet of density 600kg/cbm , of size 30 mm thickness70mm without of which 50mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on either side formings tiles;and 5mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be falt and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 on the inner side to form to pand bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be falt and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail .Top,bottom and lock rail shall be provided either side of the panel. Providing & Fixing of Heavy duty capacitor start, copper woind Double ball bearing 900/1400 RPM single phase Exhaust fan as per PWD specification for electrical Works, conforming to IS:2312 ISI marked in existing opening including making connections testing etc. as required. OEM shall be an ISO certified company. Appropriate OEM test certificate shall be submitted by contractor. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Water proofing for old and new roof slab:- Provinding and laying water proofing treatment on roof slab by applying two component, factory designed ready to use acrylic modified flexible material applied with brush roller, spray for water proofing coating as per manufacturer specifications with following steps:- a) surface preparation - Providing and cleaning of concrete surtace to remove dust, oil, grease including removat of existing loose pairnt coaling, and cement laitance by cleaning with compressed alir & water yet including all materials, labour, tools complete. Ponding test to be done arter plugging all outlets and to be checked from soffit to idenüty seepage,leakage. On identification of seepage, cement grouting to be done with non shrink expanding admixture of Sika India Pvt.Ltd. / MYK Schomberg /Dr FiatFosroc or equivallent. Providing and reparing of all corners an joints siuch as those between the parapet wall and the roof slab etc shall be chamfered with 150mm X 150 mm fillet of mortar (Cement: sand- 1:4) admixed with acnylic polymer of Sika/ Fosroc/MYK Schomberg/Dr Fidt or equivalent. Before chamfering a prime coat shall be given with the slumy of acrylic polymer. Repairing surface iregularities, damaged concreteln base slab, dead cracks if any, with an acrylic polymer modified repair mortar including a coat of bonding agent of the same with cement slurry including all material, labour, tools complete. b)1st Coat :- Apply 1st coat of wo component acrylic modified, ready to use, flexible cementitious material on surface saturated dry roof and inside wall of Parapet wall upto 600 mm by brush or roller. After 1st coat of application, 45 gsm of Fibre glass cloth to lay when the first layer is stll green. 1st coat should be applied1.50 kg/Sqmt/coat. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured." NOTE:- Top width payable shall be 2 Mtr. and maximum payable side slopes shall be 1.5 horizontal to 1 vertical, if the constructed top width of the side slopes are less, then the measurements at actual are payable.
