Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick wall finished fair & even in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of of new surface of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint, colour and tint as approved by Eng-in-Charge in CCD pattern, height upto 15m, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall sides and soffits of the beams, ceilings, fascias, parapets etc and applying two coats of weather paint (Apex) paint over a coat of exterior primer colour and tint as approved by Eng-in-Charge in CCD pattern, height upto 15m, including 1mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down, smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and greasy spots of roof /CGI Sheets, steel gates, steel doors, steel rolling shutters, steel eves boards etc, exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in CCD pattern as approved by Eng-in-Charge, height upto 15m, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old or previously treated wooden surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in CCD pattern as approved by Eng-in-Charge, height upto 15m,, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing surface treatment from the old plastered, pointed/concrete surfaces vertical or horizontal including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down, smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and greasy spots and applying two coats of weather paint (Apex) paint over a coat of exterior primer, colour and tint as approved by Eng-in-Charge in CCD pattern, height upto 15m including sides and soffits of the beams, ceilings, fascias, parapets etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down or steel brushing, scraping down smoke roots. moulds, moss and efflorescence salts, trading oil greasy spots etc. and applying two coats of white wash, height upto 15m, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs second class soft wood Weather boarding, clean sawn, thickness 20mm to 25 mm and rebated on thick edge to give 20mm laps and fixed in eaves board etc upto 15m height, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer in CCD pattern as approved by Eng-in-charge, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 13.00 here in above but except Sheets.

S&F 0.63 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing of new zinc (or galvanised) surfaces to receive painting, by coating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning, etc steel and iron surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any description over 10cm width or girth in CCD pattern as approved by Eng-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment from brick walls or concrete or Kerb stone surfaces including scraping down smoke soots, moulds, moss and trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or un plastered surfaces) over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over and including 2mm thick wall care putty on in CCD pattern as approved by Eng-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule from dismentling/taking down items) worth Rs 60,250.00 during AOC. Note :- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule.
