Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface by mechanical mans upto 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) depth and disposal of scarified material with in all leads and lifts as per MORD Technical Specification section 300 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Excavation in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock ,soft rock ,hard rock chiseling, wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the lines, grades, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes and levels as shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site, according to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same within all leads and lifts in acquired road width and transportation of un-useful materials for filling in roadways camber ,embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machineries ,materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required.All useful materials such as stones, shingle aggregate and slates etcetera shall be sorted out and stacked in proper stack. Recovery of stones to the tune of 20312.07 cubic metre quantity @ Rs. 300/- only ( at the rate of rupees three hundred ) only per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractor’s running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public/ private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal un-useful materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring, strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structure graded by motor grader and commpacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per technical specification section 300 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded materials as per table 400.1 spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount appropriate grading arrangements on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC with tractor mount appropriate rotavator attachment and compacting with three wheel 80-100 (eighty -one hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, as per MORD Technical Specifications section 400 for grading-I material and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing, laying, spreading by mechanically means and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100(eighty to one hundred) kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and MORD Technical Specification section 400 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing, spreading by mechanically means and compacting stone aggregate size 53 mm to 22.4 mm (fifty three millimetre to twenty two point four millimetre) Grading-III, 75 mm (seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty - hundred) KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming stone screening typr "B" of size 11.2 mm (eleven point two milimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.18 (zero point one eight cubic metre) per ten square metre to fill up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compating to the required density as per MORD technical specifications Section 400 including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying primer coat on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with Hydraulic brooms and spraying primer @ 0.85 Kg. (Zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre using one part of bitumen emulsion SS-I and two parts of water mixed with Nano technology Tera prime emulsion @ 1% (Onepercent) of weight of emulsion by mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 500 as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer - in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom and spraying tack coat at the rate of 0.275 Kg ( Zero decimal two seven five kilogram) per Square metre using one part of bitumen emulsion RS-I and two parts of water mixed with Nano technology emulsion at the rate of 1.4% (One decimal four percent) of weight of emulsion as per technical specification section 500, and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying 50mm (Fifty millimetre) thick Bituminous Macadam with 40-60 (forty to sixty)TPH hot mix plant producing an average out put of 50 (fifty) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of grading-II 19 mm (nineteen millimetre) nominal size premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Vilscosity Grade-ten) at the rate 3.5% (Three point five percent) as per design mix with nano technology(Zycotherm) at the rate of 0.1 % (zero decimal one percent) by weight of bitumen transported to site within all leads laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per MORD Technical Specification section 500 as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying 30mm (thirty milimetres) compacted thickness bituminous concrete with minimum 100-120 (one hundred to one hundred twenty) TPH hot mix batch type plant with electronic control grading-ll using crushed aggregate 13.2 mm (thirteen decimal two millimetre) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade-Ten) at the rate of 5.5% (Five point five) percent of mix weight or as per design mix with nano technology (Zycotherm) at the rate 0.1% (zero decimal one percent) weight of bitumen, using cement as filler with quantity not less than 2% ( two percent) by weight of total aggregate or as per design mix transported to site, laid with sensor paver finisher hydraulic with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, over a previsiouly prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth three wheel roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity for initial break down rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic tyre roller of 12-15 (twelve to fifteen) tonne with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56 MPa (Zero decimal five six) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six to eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achive the desire compaction as per MORTH technical specification section 500 complete in all respect or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals. Construction of un - reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 (forty three) grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (thirty) grade coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS: 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, (twenty five millimetre) mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum (zero point two cubic metre) capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved design mix, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 (one hundred twenty five) micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 (fourteen) days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MORD Technical specification section 1500 and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain / cement concrete Grade M-10 (M-ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 ( one cement is to three sand is to six graded crushed stone aggregate 20 millimetre (twenty millimetre nominal size on ground or under water and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days, in open foundations for all type of structures etcetera including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) dewatering for all depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights / depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm (one point six millimetre) thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25 mm x 5 mm (twenty five millimetre into five millimetre) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm (twenty five millimetre into twenty five millimetre into five miliimetre). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. (Two Nos.) 75 mm x 75 mm (seventy five millimetre into seventy five millimetre) of 12 SWG (Twelve standard wire gauge) sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 (M-fifteen) grade nominal mix 1 : 2½ : 5 (one cement : two & half sand : five graded crushed/broken stone aggregate) 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete of concrete blocks of 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm (four hundred fifty millimetres into four hundred fifty millimetres into six hundred millimetres), 600 mm (six hundred millimetres) below ground level. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in super structure design mix having cement contents not less than 350 kg (tree hundred fifty kilograme) with 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size including the cost of form work ,curing complete, including hauling of material with in all kinds of leads,lifts and other incidentals or as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete in sub-structure GradeM-15 (M-fifteen) nominal mix 1:2 1/2:5 (one cement: two and half sand: five graded crushed stone aggregate (40mm) forty millimetre nominal size) on gour or under water, incluing pumping of bailing out water/dewatering (sruface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which amy arise at the time of laying cocrete for all the height/depths and any quantum of water, in toe walls, parapets etctera including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 and as pe the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana toll tax , and other taxes imposed by the Government.but execuding GST.
