Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position and removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing stages wise waterproofing treatment to sunken portion of toilets as under. Stage 1: Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc including removing debries outside MD land etc complete all as specified and directed. Stage 2: Providing 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing chemical of STP Ltd in the proportion /quantity all as per manufactures instructions. Stage 3 : Primer - Mix Tarfelt LM with water in ratio 1:1 @ 250 gms/sqm and apply the primer on the plaster surfaces. Stage 4 : Application of 1 st coat of Tarfelt LM of STP Ltd without dilution with water@1kg/sqm by brush all as per manufactures instructions. Stage 5: Laying 50 GSM fyber glass cloth over the 1st coat while the coated surface is still tacky. Stage 6: After 6 to 7 hours interval apply second coat i.e final coat of Tarfelt LM without dilution with water of STP Ltd by brush as per manufactures instructions.@1kg /Sqm Stage 7: Providing 10mm thick protective plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with STP NO -1 @ 250ml/50kg cement all as manufactures instructions.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and thereafter applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement mortar or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish materials out side MD and including necessary scaffoldings complete all as specified and directed

Rendering 15mm thick in (1:6) CM on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 as in ceiling finishing even and smooth (with out using extra cement) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in (1:4) cm (in two coats (10+5mm) with both coats mixed with liquid water proofing compound, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : WPC will be measured separately).

M&L for for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, chajjas, slab projections and applying two coats of 100% Anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint in approved shade over a coat of primer and including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Removal of plant growth by injection with chemical glyphospate solution ( 4 % conceneration ) @ 20ml or till refuse by cutting or injection in stem of plants or roots at 30mm. The area shall then be sprayed with solution 25ml glyphosphate ( 4% concent) dulited with 1 ltr of water. All roots / plants shall be removed completely and making good the distrubed surface and painted with cement base or acrylic paint all as directed by EIC.

Dismantling/Demolition of existing roof terracing of cement/brick concrete(un-reinforced) and existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in any position on top of roof of building, cleaning surface of roof with brush/mechanical brush and with water throughly to romove all dust/dirt and loose particles to expose bare concrete roof slab and romoval of rubbish/demolished material out side MD land complete all as specified Note : Demolition should be done by chiselling.

M&L brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kgs of cement per Sqm

M/L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on roof finished even and smooth using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions Complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Supply only liquid water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately).

M&L for PCC 1 : 2 :4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling padding course over RCC roof surface including rounded or chamferred on edges etc mixed with approved water proofing compound all as per manufacturer'ss instructions on the roof surface to achieve requisite slope all as specified and directed. (Note : Supply only water proiofing compound shall be measured & paid separately)

Supply only polymer based liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L APP modified membrane roof treatment to the following specification:- (a) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @0.40 lit / Sqm of density 0.87 - 0.89 Kg/lit of 25 0 C after preparation of the surfaces. (b) Supply and lay APP water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyster matt laid using butane torch by torch on application with a side lap of 10cm and 15cm end lap weighing not less than 3.6 kg/sqm. (c) Provide 20mm thick screed in CM (1:4) with approved water proofing compound and mixture over a layer of non woven geotextile layer. (d) Providing 300x300x20mm thick machine pressed Cement concrete tiles with minimum thickness of joint (n.exc 3mm) and are throughly filled with water proof polymer based joint morter complete all as specified and directed. (The tiles shall be laid to the slop to avoid stagnation of water)
