Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. - Mixing by manual means

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade using In-situ Concrete batching plant/ Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) adopting weigh batch method in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including Conveyance of concrete from batching plant to Work site, Electricity charges and other works & labour cost involved for concrete production, laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire)

For First Floor

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Second Class Country Brick Kiln Burnt 83/4 x 41/4 x 2 with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.

First Floor

Second Floor

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothly with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (water proof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. (The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (water proof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coats of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc.,complete. The putty should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Paving the floor with best quality Stain Free Nano Polish Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm and variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Renewing the old and damaged floor tiles and laying with new Double Charged Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm approved special quality and set in CM 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 20mm thick using sand and laid in situ in true alignment and pointed neatly with white cement at the Rate of 0.30kg/m2 suit the colour of tiles fixed in position without any air gap in the tiles neatly etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers. The colour and quality of tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.

Flooring with ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6mm and variety conforming to IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing with new PVC wall corner beading of best and approved quality including labour charges for fixing inposition etc,complete.

Supplying, Fabricating, erecting and fixing Hilux (or) equivalent Gyp Board FALSE CELING upto a ceiling height of 4.50 m from floor level using Hilux board Plain sheet 10mm thick which includes shaped GI channels of size 25 x 25 x 0.50 mm thick suspended from ceilling at 1.2 m both longitudinal and cross vertical support and fixing shaped GI channels of size 50 x 30 x 0.50 mm and 150 x 10 x 0.50 mm thick at 0.60m centre longitudinal and cross direction for vertical supports and fixing U shaped GI channels of size 50 x 30 x 0.50 mm thick and 50 x 10 x 0.50 mm thick at 0.60 m centre to centre in cross direction and respectively for horizantal supports of zig - zag pattern and fixing of Gyp board in the panel provided in the desing pattern given and sprating the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying and fixing in position of new mild steel grills for windows, gates, ventilators, etc. The rate is inclusive cost of all materials, labour for fixing, including Priming coat etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded andcleaned. Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars,balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. Providing expansion joint of 12.5mm wide in between RCC twin columns from top of pedastal to full height including filling the inner space with suitable non-absorbent, flexible and well compressible filler materials of approved quality and brand; finishing the sides of RCC columns with polysulphide sealents for a depth of 7.5mm on either side covering the inner space filled with filler materials as above etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing the old and damaged purlin, roof truss, etc with new one of M.S Square or Rectangular hollow section of following size superior quality including cutting the require length and welding rigidly with the aid of 10 gauge electrode, conveying the materials to the site erection same with bolts and nuts, two coats synthetice enamel paint over primer coat etc complete complying with standard specification.

Renewing the damaged GI sheet and fixing in position of prepainted GI sheets with the following specification. The materials should be PPGI tiles profile with the blue colour of 0.80mm thick (24 gauge) having width of 1050mm. The sheet should be GI base prepainted hot dipped GI sheet and to be fixed with self tapping screws plastic washer. The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyester coat with zinc coating of 2120 GSM paint thickness.
