Earth work in excavation by manual means over areas (Exceeding 30 em and upto 1.5 mtr in depth, 1.5 mtr in width as well as 10 sqm. on plan) including refilling as required at site, watering, ramming, consolidation in layers, 150 mm thickness and disposal of surplus earth outside the University Campus. All Kinds of Soil.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in under flooring including ramming, consolidation and formwork etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

P/L 40 mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (M-15) (1cement: 2coarse sand: 4 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including finishing with a floating coat of neat cement slurry.

10-15mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1cement: 4 sand) on walls/ceiling (Interior/exterior plastering). All work upto floor V level.

Brick work with 2nd class bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth & superstructure in cement mortar 1:6(1 cement : 6 coarse sand). All work upto floor V level.

Distempering (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall/ ceiling/ slopping surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer.

Applying priming coat: with ready mixed red oxide Zinc Chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/steel works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work (Make Asian/Nerolac)

P&L cement concrete 1:1½:3 (M-20) (1 cement: 1 ½ coarse sand: 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in:- Suspended floors, roofs, landings, columns, pillars posts, struts shelves, balconies, chajjas, lintels, beams, girders, bressumbers, cantilevers, arches domes, chimney’s, shafts, wells retaining walls of any thickness vertical and horizontal fins (thickness not more than 0.10m) including and forming box louvers and projected bands etc. including cost of required steel shuttering form work but excluding cost of reinforcement for all reinforced concrete works. Nothing extra on account of any additional height for shuttering/ formwork shall be paid by the department. (All work upto floor V level).

Providing steel thermo mechanically treated bars conforming to IS:45612000 reinforcement for all RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of cold twisted steel reinforcement and binding with 18-20 gauge, soft drawn concealed steel binding wire complete. All work upto floor V level.

Strctural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (Two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazo/ cement concrete floor. 40 mm wide and 4 mm thick.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (two or more coats) applied @3.84 kg/10sqm
