Cubical type floor mounted AMF Panel made from 14SWG Sheet Steel, duly pretreated,powder coated painted and aesthetically finished, suitable for controlling of 160KVA DG set having following specification/ features. Manufactured by the OEM/CPRI/Approved Panel builder.

250 A, 4 Pole Power Contractor for Mains & DG -2Nos. 250A, 4Pole, 36Ka, MCCB, Microprocessor based with LSIG protections for Mains & DG - 2 Nos.

The AMF panel must be designed to ensure trouble free performance and ensure switching over Electrical Load to DG within 15(fifteen) second from the instant of mains failure.

Acoustic Enclosure:-

The DG set should have integrated acoustic enclosure at the manufacturing state itself High quality acoustic must be certified as per CPCB-IV+ norms.

Base Frame-Rugged in construction fabricated out of ISMC Channel for mounting the engine, Alternator, Acoustic Enclosure etc. mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook.

Installation of DG

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S & F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. (PWD schedule G - 03/5.d) (For body earthing)

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: - By ISI-Medium GI pipe. (PWD schedule G - 01/2.a)

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming - a) For Soft Soil . (Schedule of PWD page G-1 & Item no. - 1.a)

Supplying and fixing PVC Rigid Conduit 'FR' [Precision Make] on wall, ceiling with saddles and other accessories as required and mending good damages to building works. (Schedule of PWD page E-16 & Item no. - 7.a)

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required:- a) 2 x 80/0.4 (10 sqmm) (For Neutral Earthing) (Schedule of PWD page E-09 & Item no. - 1.m)

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured 4 core 120 sq.mm. cables (Schedule of PWD page F-4 & Item no. - 7.C)

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials.4 core 120 sq.mm. cables (Schedule of PWD page F-5 & Item no. - 8.b- xix)

Supply & laying of 1.1 KV grade 10 core 1.5 sq.mm. PVC copper conductor control cable with socketion partly recessed and partly by shaddle on wall to interconnect DG set with AMF panel.

Terms & Conditions

(i) Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and Duty etc.

(ii) All materials, equipments & accessories must conform to relivent IS specifications. The DG set to be supplied must be from the authorized OEM of the respective Engine Manufacturer.

(iii) Nacessary manufacturer's test certificate for Diesel Engine, Alternator etc. will have to submit in triplicate copy during delivery for the equipment.

(iv) Copy of "Type Approval Certificate" for Engine & DG Set must be furnished at the time of delivery issued from component Authority (As per CPCB-IV+)

(v) Circuit Diagram for AMF panel must be submitted from the Manufacturer/OEM.

(vi) The entire set must be warranted at least 60 months from the date of Delivery & 60 months/ 8000 Hrs from the date of Commissioning whichever is latter. However Engine & Alternator should be warranted of 5 years/8000 Hrs, whichever is earlier.

(vii) Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules
