b) 6 mtr Level.

Chipping the existing concrete and roughening the surface for future bonding and thorough cleaning the surface including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Clean removal of cement plaster from walls including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Providing PCC 1:1.5:3 screed concrete using OP/PP cement with 6 to 10mm chips machine crushed HBG metal including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete

Dismantling the existing damaged RCC Structure and clear away the debris from the site including cost of all labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing plinth protection to around the Block with P.C.C 1:3:6 using OP Cement with 20mm size machine crushed HBG metal including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing centering and shuttering arrangement for supporting the R.C.C. sunshade, slab, columns etc., including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Plastering with C.M 1:3, 20 mm thick including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete

Plastering with C.M 1:5, 12 mm thick including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete

Special ceiling plastering with C.M.1:3, 10 mm thick for RCC works including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, hacking the area, , curing, etc. complete

Pointing with C.M 1:3 to full depth of tiles including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Dismantling one course of pressed tile roof in cement mortar and relaying with new pressed tiles of size 20x20x2cm in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with crude oil 10% by weight of cement over a bed of 25mm surkhi concrete and pointing with same mortar including cost of all labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Hollow block masonry using hollow block of size (16'' x 8'' x6'') in CM 1:5 including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Collection and insertion of glass pieces over the top surface of compound wall for safety purpose including cost of class pieces labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and providing New PVC panelled door shutters hollow type 200x20mm panels with 1mm wall thickness for panels and styles and rails of suitable size with 2mm wall thickness suitably reinforced using MS Angle/ flat including cost of necessary Aluminium hinges and other furniture fitting such as screw, bolt and nuts 3Nos 3" Aluminium hinges 2Nos.3" Aluminium Tower bolt 2Nos, 4"Aluminium handles including cost of all materials, lead, lift, etc., complete.
