Servicing / Maintenance of passenger lifts G+6 - 04 Nos of 8 passenger having capacity 544 Kg (Make- Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Private Limited) installed in bldg No P-227 to P-230 at G pocket by topping up oil in gear box and greasing all required parts i.e. sliding parts, railing etc, cleaning of car top and lift pit, electric power operated doors, auto electric leveling device including cleaning, checking, tightening of all nut, bolts, electric connection, alingement of rope, greasing as required, also diagnosing and removing of fault as and when occurred by replacing the unserviceable parts like machines, motors, generators, ropes, inverter systems, and controller parts to be inclusive of printed circuit boards, Sub components inclusive of belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chocks, brake shoes, liners, contacts, contactors, relays, coils, push buttons, door operator VVVF drive, car door safety device limit switches, governor, hoist way door locks, indicators, alarm bell, door sensors and other minor and major mechanical parts including taking out to old U/S parts and fixing of new parts, connecting, testing, commissioning and making to lift in serviceable condition in minimum possible time all as specified and directed.

Servicing / Maintenance of passenger lifts G+6 - 04 Nos of 13 passenger having capacity 544 Kg (Make- Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Private Limited) installed in bldg No P-227 to P-230 at G pocket by topping up oil in gear box and greasing all required parts i.e. sliding parts, railing etc, cleaning of car top and lift pit, electric power operated doors, auto electric leveling device including cleaning, checking, tightening of all nut, bolts, electric connection, alingement of rope, greasing as required, also diagnosing and removing of fault as and when occurred by replacing the unserviceable parts like machines, motors, generators, ropes, inverter systems, and controller parts to be inclusive of printed circuit boards, Sub components inclusive of belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chocks, brake shoes, liners, contacts, contactors, relays, coils, push buttons, door operator VVVF drive, car door safety device limit switches, governor, hoist way door locks, indicators, alarm bell, door sensors and other minor and major mechanical parts including taking out to old U/S parts and fixing of new parts, connecting, testing, commissioning and making to lift in serviceable condition in minimum possible time all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 1.00 to 2.00 : - (i) The above Maintenance shall be done through OEM only i.e M/S Thyssenkurupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd only. (ii) The contractor shall upload MOU on prescribed proforma (given in particular specifications) and copy of Annual Maintenance Contract (With machine Nos of each lift) from OEM on stamped paper (minimum Rs. 100/-) with their application for this tender, irrespective of whatever mentioned elsewhere in tender documents, failing which their financial bid will not be opened. (iii) All the spare parts of the Lift shall be purchased from the OEM or his authorised distributor. (iv) Any spare parts required to be replaced during the period of 11 month in any lift shall be replaced by the contractor within the overall quoted rates. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (v) Cost of spare parts which are not specified in BOQ (Sl item No. 1.00 to 2.00) but are necessary for the satisfactory functioning of the lift shall also be deemed to be included in the overall quoted rates. (vi) Labour charges for dismantling unserviceable parts and fixing of new spare items/ parts shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (vii) The maintenance records for maintenance schedule will be maintained by the Contractor as directed by JE/ Engr-in-Chareg and shall be submitted to deptt promptly. (viii) The Contractor will maintain lift in good working conditions without breakdown. The tenderer is advised to maintain the rigourous maintenance schedule to avoid any breakdown and send the maintenance personal regularly and also keep reserve spare parts (Spare parts should be as per OEM's specification) so that any breakdown is attended promptly.

(ix) The cost of items No. 3 to 5 excluded in this schedule. (x) Apart of maintenance OEM will also provide required training to customer/user with respect to rescuing passengers entrapped in elecvators. (xi) Mob No. of OEM technician will be displayed in each lift anf guard room. (xii) The Complaint/ breakdown will be attended/rectified within two working days after informing the complaint by the undersigned or his authorised rep. (xiii) If contractor failed to rectify the complaint/breakdown within two day then recovery will be done Rs 2000.00 Per day.

Supply and replace cabin fan 300mm sweep as per existing type suitable for lift all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace LED recessed ceiling light 5W as per existing type in lift all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace UPS battery for 8/13 passenger lift 18 AH, 12 V as per existing type in lift all as specified and directed.
