Supply and fixing LED Building security light fitting 60 watts with cast aluminium housing, toughened glass diffuser, IP 65 and wired including all accessories , suitable size GI bracket made with light grade pipe & clamps-02 Nos with bolts & nuts. and fixed at site and eletric connection complete all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for New Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified including excavation earth work in any type of strata, removal of surplus excavated material, GI pipe for watering and funnel, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 in cover slab with GI protection pipe testing on completion including taking down old earthing material complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables up to proper level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing surplus exacavated material from excavation not exc 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Spreading riddled soil in trenches as cable cushionng all as per IS 1255-1983 as directed.Note:- Excavated approved soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS and refilling in trenches before laying of cable 8cm and 15cm after laying of cable. This is then gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of upper most cable(ii) For the purpose of measurement punned thickness will be considered for payment.

Material and labour for well burnt as class ‘B’ bricks as mechanical protection to under ground cables laying with length of the bricks equal to the width of the trench complete all as speified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm 3½ core UG cable runinng on wall / floor/dcut) including taking down old U/S UG cable.

Material and labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60x60cmx3.15mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top dege of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to 20X3mm copper strip as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper all as shown in elctrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point including excavation/ earth work in any type of strata, removal of surplus excavated material, GI pipe for watering and funnel, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 in cover slab with GI protection pipe but all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. all as specified including testing on completion and taking down old earthing material.

Material and labour for detailed study and recommendation for carrying out Soil Resistivity Test in 4 (Four) Directions at various location within the 25 mtr radius complete all as specified in following general condition including misc works required for the soil resistivity test as per IS (Indian electricity rules) requirement. Note - General condition (i) Field Audit Team to be deployed at site duly observing the safety rules as prescribed as per testing regulations. (ii) Safety procedures and any other action / precaution such as health check up to be undertaken by the firm before commencing the work in the area. (iii) The detailed study/analysis and design reports of existing building earthing infrastracture shall be furnish in Auto Cadd formet and also recommend the quantity of earth electrode with connected accessories for required value of earth resistence as per AFO 24/19 and OEM specified values as per following details :- (a) Power Earthing (PS) - Less than 1 Ohm (b) Signal Earthing (SG) - Less than 1 Ohm (c) Equipment Earthing (EQ) - Less than 1 Ohm for AFNET Equipment room and Less than 3 OHM for L-2 Locations (d) Lightning Arrester (LA)- Less than 5 Ohms (e) Labour charge for disconnecting/Connecting of earth strip from / to the earth electrode and required any hardware such as bolts, nuts etc for breaking of concrete or any other civil required to drive the spike / probes during testing shall be includes quoted rates of items. (f) Study of existing building earthing infrastructure at AFS Jalahalli and remedial action to overcome deficiencies in accordance with following standard:- (i) BS -7430 clause 8.5 (ii) Indian standard code of practice for earthing IS : 3043-1987 (reaffirmed 2006) (iii) IS/IEC 62305-3 of 2010 IS: protection against lightning. (iv) IEEE 1100-2205 - IEEE recommended practices for powering and ground electronics equipment. Ohms (v) National building code of India 2016- Volume 2 part- 8 :- Building services section 2 electrical and allied installations. The quoted rates of items included all above including submission report in soft and hard copy in approved manner of Engr in charge

Supply and Fix of comprising of 17.2 mm dia 3 mtr long Earth electrode of low carbon steel electrode with 250 micron copper bonding, 50 pounds of Ecosafe Based environment friendly backfill and suitable clamp, Back-fill earthing enhancing compound should strictly be a Eco Safe Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive ( Like in metals ) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. Back-fill comound should be environment friendly, should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. Back-fill compund shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole. Test Certificate as per as per IEC : 62561-7 for Back-fill compound shall be submitted along with the material. 17.2 OD SS clamp both side, Eco Friendly rust proof heavy duty weatherproof Polyethylene Earth Pit Chamber with dimensions :254 mm dia (top), 330mm dia (bottom) & 260 mm (height). NOTE : Number of Earth pit Qty will vary with subject to the Soil resistivity Test report.

Supply and fix in replacement copper strip 20 X 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground brazing at each joints between strip including saddle/Ceramic insulator/PCC block where required all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of aluminium strip 25x3mm fixed with epoxy based insulator for down conductor air terminal network including drilling two Nos holes at each joint, one set of lead washers between strips, two sets GI nut and bolt, gutties, screws etc all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI strip 32x6mm fixed with epoxy based insulator for down conductor air terminal network including drilling two Nos holes at each joint, one set of lead washers between strips, two sets GI nut and bolt, gutties, screws etc all as specified and as directed .
