Glazed ceramic coloured wall tiles in any type and in any pattern (Pattern consist of combination two or more different colour tiles etc.) in vertical surfaces of size 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4, finished fair to received the tile, complete all as specified and directed.

20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white ement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite all as specified and as directed.

Factory made (rectified) precast concrete designer chequerd tiles any colour, shape and size not less then 300mm x 300mm x 20mm thickness (compressive strength not less than 250 Kg/Sqm), pointed with grey cement and pigment over and including 20mm thick CM 1:6 screed bed or bedding layer complete.
