Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

Demolition of PCC of any description and in any position as in sunken floor.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

Petty repairs to joinery works such as easing of doos, windows, kitchen cabinets, refixing builder hardware gauage, etc, by providing glue nails and screws to the satisfaction of user and rectifying other misc minor carpentary works directed by the Engineer-In-charge.

Petty repairs to plumbing / internal water supply works such as repair to leaking bib taps, pillar taps, mixers, stop cocks by tightening and providing washer repair to float valves, low levelled cistern by mixture adjustments leaking water supply lines by tightening the GI fitting or refixing W/S or sanitary fixtures using thread/teflon taps and including small GI fittings such as GI elbow, socket, union, etc as required at site and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Petty repairs to aluminium joinery works such as aluminium windows, aluminium ventilators and like similar works auch as easing of doors, refixing of doors, windows, refixing builder hardware such as aluminium beading, etc. as required at site and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick square/ rectangular, size of tile 300 x 300 mm or above, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

M&L of Non-skid Ceramic joint free tiles coloured shade size 600 x 600mm, 7 to 8 mm thick in (Squre / Rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry of 3kg/sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement match complete incl hacking existing floor for proper bonding of tiles, etc., all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick screed bed for bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6. for laying floor finishes .

Material and labour for glazed ceramic tiles as in vertical surfaces 350x250x7 mm/450x 300 x 7 mm jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match as in dados/skirting.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortor 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces.
