Supplying and erecting centering for soffits of plane surfaces like RCC Slabs, Lintels, Sunshades, Square Columns, Staircase waists, Beams etc., including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm c/c) etc., complete complying with standard specification. 3

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild Steel or Ribbed Tor steel bars for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:12:3 [one cement, one and half M-Sand and three course aggregates] using 20mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly for all RCC items of works excluding centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement, including curing, fixing fan clamp and fixtures if necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification..

Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel work for roofing welded or bolted type using MS channels, angles, plates and round bars etc., conforming to IS specification including primer coating and enamel painting as per design given by the departmental officers etc., complete as per standard specification.

Roofing with Galvanised Corrugated Iron Sheet of 0.8mm thickness (22 Gauge) using 20mm x 6mm G.I bolts and nuts and limpet washers, hook bolts and nuts (of size required) and washers or screws, wooden battens, 50mm x 6mm iron wind ties and white lead etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats for New iron work surface using best 8 quality synthetic enamel paint etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Wring With 2 x1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated sc unsheathed Cu Conductor of 1100V Grade in Suitable PVC Rigid Pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with pvc accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum 9 sheet cover with TW switch box And 5A F.T switch with continous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable color of PVC concealed light point / Fan Point (For Electronic regulator). Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 150mm x 100mm x113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick hylem sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug wiht continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point SD-38.

Supply and run of 2 of 1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V Grade in rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour SD-55

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40 W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condensor, with conduit pipe suspension from the ceiling with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting with tube. SD No: 89

Supply and fixing of rain water down fall Tin sheet with L langles clamps etc,complete complying with standard specifications.
