Vessel to be blocked and unblocking
Ultrasonic gauging to be done to assure the actual thickness of Bottom hull and Deck plate.
Corroded, holes & thinned down plates, structural members, railing posts etc. to be cropped & renewed – Deck – 0.6 MT. Wheel house - 0.3 MT Aft cantilever structural to be renewed - 1.5 MT
Corroded and thin down twin bollards to be renewed by 150 NB pipes.
Corroded and thin down railing post (65 NB) to be renewed.
Corroded and thin down railing pipe (25 NB) to be renewed.
Broken propeller blades are to be repaired by dove tail joining method with the Mn-Bronze piece welded by bronzed electrode.
Propeller Shaft & Rudder arrangements including all bushes are to be dismantled and fitted back after necessary repair.
Propeller shaft worn out journals metalizing by S.S Electrode & machining to suit with the respective
Rubber cutlass bushes are to be re-rubberised
Propeller and coupling bed-in with the respective propeller shaft.
Propeller Shaft key (S.S) renewed with securing screw.
Gland bushes & gland covers (G.M) are to be re-sleeved - 2 sets.
propellers & coupling are to be bed-in with the respective propeller shaft.
Both the rudder stock worn out journals are to be metalized & machined.
Rudder stock upper & lower GM bush & gland covers are to be re-sleeved - 02 sets.
Engine room and rudder hold bilge suction line and main engine sea water cooling line opening, cleaning, pressure testing and fitment.
Engine room strainer and bilge to be cleaned thoroughly and the floor plate to be fitted in position after painting.
32 NB C.I. Valve servicing alongwith pressure testing to be done.
65 NB C.I. Valve renewed.
Main sea chest cleaning and painting alongwith main sea valves requires to be servicing and pressure testing and fitted back
Both side engine fuel pump and injector required to be servicing including spars.
Both side engine (ASHOK LAYLAND - HA6ETI3U, BHP-150) top overhauling to be done. (Cost of spars and machine shop job will be extra)
All DC line defective light fittings, wirings and engine panel board component to be checked and renewed as required.
Both side engine stop solenoid including related defected device to be renewed.
Supply and fitment zing anode on vessel under water portion.
Entire vessel external and internal surfaces along with inside frame work, bulkheads, cabin, deck fittings, railing etc. to be thoroughly chipped, scrapped, cleaned and painted internally and externally as per enclosed painting schedule
