Surface Dressing of the ground in any kind of soil including removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within a lead upto 75 m as directed.

Box cutting or filling in Road embankment in all sorts of soil including spreading the spoils properly over the flank as necessary or on berm to approximate grade & camber and olling the sub-grade with power roller to proper camber and grade as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including uprooting and removing plants and jungles when and where necessary. (a) Depth up to 150 mm.

Supplying,spreading and consolidating Coarse sand to a depth of 100 mm and above with power roller to proper gradient and including watering as necessary, and lighting,guarding,barricting and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary to protect the edges and curing with water 2 to 3 days mending crack and depression by roller where necessary including ll incidental chrges of roller cost of fuel & lubricant etc. complete as per specification.( The payment is to be made on the basis of the finished compacted volume of river bed materials). (RBM).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering including lighting, guarding, barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling, including cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machinery and compacting to the required density. b) With Stone metal of grade -II (53mm - 22.40mm size)

Providing and applying tack coat using catonic bitumen emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS 8887-1978, over prepared surface including cleaning of surface with mechanical broom, moisting the surface, applying tack coat including cost & carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machineries and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in- charge.(a) Over water bound macadam surface @ 4 Kg/10 m2 i) By manual means.

Laying premixed seal coat (Type-B) using 0.6 m3 of grit or sand (passing 2.36 mm sieve and retained on 180 micron) per 100 sq.m. area including cleaning the surface, preheating the grit/sand by MOBILE HOT MIX PLANT (LIGHT DUTY) of capacity 3-5 Tones/Hour.
