Complete removal of existing treatment from walls/ ceilling etc. by carefully scraping or by sandpapering or by any other means & material and labour for preparing surfaces preparatory to distempering and applying cement base putty as required incl preparing the surfaces smooth by rubbing or sandpapering and M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over coat of primer on walls/ceiling complete all as specified.
