WBM Grading - III Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification incluidng spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density as per MoRD technical specification clause 405 including all materials, labour, T&P etc for proper completion of work as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10)using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom including all materials, labour, T&P etc for proper completion of work as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously Prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100kN static roller capacity finished to required lavel and grades to be followed by seal coat including all materials, labour, T&P etc for proper completion of work as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying seal coat type "B" comprising of a layer of bituminous binder followed by a cover of stone chipping of specified grading 6.7 mm size passing 100% passing 9.5 mm sieve and retained on 2.36 mm sieve and VG-10 Bitumen,to seal the voids in a bitumens surface,including its mixing in a suitable plant,laying and rolling with a three wheel power roller 8-10 tonne kN Static roller and finishing to required level and grades and cross fall including all materials, labour, T&P etc for proper completion of work as directed by engineer-in-charge.
