PERIDICAL SERVICES AND B/R REPAIRS TO EM INSTALLATIONS UNDER AOR OF GE (AF) E/M CHAKERI

Taking down cement plaster on Brick or Stone,concrete walls ,ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement plaster (1:4), finished even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces on wall, completed all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on wall/ ceiling and applying two coats of exterior weather proof acrylic smooth emulsion with silicon additives of required shade that offers anti phongle high peroformance exterior wall finished with height performance over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement plaster (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying 2mm thick wall care putty on newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L dubbing out average 10 mm thick on irregular faces of ceiling and rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces as on ceiling in cement plaster 1:3, including providing chicken wire mesh fixed with nail finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, pillars & cornices including brooming down and cleaning the surfaces of OLD decorated plastered surfaces of wall /ceiling with and including filling wall care putty where required and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old internal/external wall/ceiling/chajja surfaces including filling the cracks, remove the nails, vegetations etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M&L for 1.00 mm thick (Avg thickness ) water proof cement based wall care putty on wall and ceiling and putty applied with blade or steel patti to maintain homogeneouly of application of putty and or as per manufacturers instruction and preparing the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M & L applying two coats of exterior weather proof acrylic smooth emulsion over coat of primer with silicon additives of required shade that offers anti fungal high peroformance exterior wall/celing and finished with high performance over prepared surface completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing OLD plastered or unplastered surface of wall/celing and applying TWO coat of acrylic distemper oil emulsion over coat of primer for smooth finishes complete all as specified and directed by the Engr -in-Charge

M&L for preparing OLD plastered or unplastered surface of wall applying ONE coats of exterior weather proof acrylic smooth emulsion over a coat of primer with silicon additives of required shade that offers anti fungle high peroformance exterior wall finished with height performance complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing OLD plastered or unplastered surface of wall pilasters, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, roots,moulds ,moss and efflorscence, salt and trading oil and greasy spot, nails, holes cracks and making good using wall care putty where required and applying ONE coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by the Engr -in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling , pillars & cornices including brooming down and cleaning the surfaces & applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of OLD painted wooden /wood based surface of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth by washing down with solution of alkaline soap to remove all loose dirt and oily & grease spots and applying ONE coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.17 above but on steel surfaces

Demolition of Cement concrete (Unreinforced) n exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed by Engineer in Chagre.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4, (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays each bay not exceeding 2.5m length with joint to be filled with bituminous mastic filling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4, (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base for floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in floor finished cement concrete even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base , finish even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

M&L for sand cushioning as filling under floors including watering and consolidation complete all as specied and as directed.

M&L for 60mm thick PCC M-35 machine pressed coloured Interlocking Pavor Block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 using with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed. all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as directed.

S&F wood grain printed PVC sheet PVC door frame of size 50 mm x47 mm made out of 5 mm colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS tube , fixed in opening complete all as specified and directed .

S&F factory made wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet & 5mm thick x15mm wide PVC sheet beading used inside stiles and rails and decorative PVC beading of 10mm x 10mm used instead of exposed portion of PVC sheet beading. solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) considting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top & bottom rails M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C" channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail &bottom rail on either side & as gap insiert for top rail& bottom rail, panelling of double side prealm PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 100 mm size butt hinges extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Aluminium, anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section of 150mm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Aluminium handles extruded type ,anodised of 150 mm size complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for taking up/removal plants or vegetation growth from ground surface and disposal to a distance n exc. 50 m and clearing site and making good disturbed surface with cement mortar (1:3) finished even and smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down rolling shutters of any description not exceeding 10 Sq.m area straightening of certain springs, guide channel hood cover, etc and refixing the same to the original position including greasing/oiling i.e. complete servicing to make the shutter fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Steel rolling shutters gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handl , Thickness of laths in 1.25 mm with Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and stapl with and including providing one shop coat of primer;erected in position as indicated, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel /wooden window or frame n.exc 2.00 sqm with shutters (wihtout taking of shutter from frame ) etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing in squares of any size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Framed work such as window grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted/welding , or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; hold fast framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 using angle .bar,flat etc section all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for reparing of ceiling,RCC chhajja, roof projection, facies and exposed reinforcement portion area n.exc 1.5 sqm each and thickness of RCC n.exc 150mm applying FOSROC NITOCOTE AP35 latex acyrlic based emulsion to exposed reinforcement and applying one coat of cement slurry & filling the cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0, 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate at damaged concrete surface and finish the surface with 5mm thick cement sand mortar (1:3) & applying two coats of cement base paint on finished surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of newly steel surfaces of any description exc. 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons and verical walls etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for 19/20 mm thick pre machine polished Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. Note for Item No 1 to 46 (a) All T&P, safety equipments and other items required at site under subject contract shall be provided by Contractor. Cost of temporary supports such as Props, Jacks, Scaffolding, Shuttering etc as up to 30m required for each individual case component wise is deemed to be included in unit rates quoted. (b) Adequate safety arrangement need to be ensured to avoid accidents/mishap & cost of same is deemed to be included in unit rates quoted.
