Schedule 'A' Part I (B/R Portion)

Surface excavation n.exc. 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil including removing soil to distance n.exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.50 metre in depth for foundation, manholes etc n.exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete.

Removing excavated materials (soils) to a distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutter, with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20 mm thick with tolerance of + 2mm including of size thick of 58cm x 58cm (or nearest size as available in the market) laid over and including 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing to mirror finish, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for RCC M-20 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
