M&L for PCC (1:2:4), type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 25mm thick as in floors finished even & rough to receive the bedding mortar, omplete all as specified and as directed

M&L for first quality, Non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.11 Sq.m, laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for first quality, Non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exe 0.18 Sqm but n.exe 0.38 Sqm, laid in floors set and jointed with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto as per item Nos 22 & 23 above but on vertical surfaces such as skirting fixed on and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) as backing coat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for first quality coloured glazed ceramic tiles, fixed in pattern of different colour including border of size 300x 450 x 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match with shade of tiles laid on and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3), complete all as specified and as directed.. Note :- Pattern of the tiles shall be approved by GE at the time of execution.

M&L for 18-20mm thick granite ( of any type) work (table rubbed and polished ) in cooking plateform, shelves and the like, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, including taking out the old broken stone complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in sub base all as specified & directed by Engr -in charge

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specifed and as directed

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in cement mortar of any description or thickness complete all as specifed and as directed

M&L for Running welding in repairs thickness of metal to be welded exc 6mm but n.exc 9mm complete all as specifed and as directed

S&F factory made PVC shutter/ shelves in required size at shape made out of 18mm thick PVC celuka ply one side decorative lamination and other side plain/colour complete including required frame work with panels shall be fabricated using adhesive, screws and solvent cement etc whereever required all the edges shall be covered with 2mm thick bonding tape or 90 degree edge bent complete all as specified and directed. Note: only front Face will be measured for payment.

S&F factory made PVC 5.5mm thick PVC Celuka ply one side decorative lamination and other side plain/colour complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
