New Construction work of Hanuman Bagichi to Gayra-B at Raya Aira Khera (Bindu Bulaki) in Mathura District

Group-A Excavtion in soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Toppers with disposal upto 1000m Excavtion for roadwork in soil with hydraculic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity inculiding cutting and loading in tippers. trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and trasporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5m amd lead upto 1000m as per technical Specifcation clause 302.3 as per SOR SI.No.-18, Ch. No.-5

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from roadway Cutting Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 as per SOR SI.No.-19, Ch. No.-5

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site. spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. As per SOR Chapter No. 5 Sl No. 21

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface , mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheel road Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification MORD clause 401A. (Ghatri quarry material will be used)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting machine crushed stone ballast of approved quarry of 45~63mm size to water bound macadam of G-2 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming with crushable screening material i.e. stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & rolling making necessary earthen bund to protect edges, lighting, guarding, barricadding etc. including the cost of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of work as per MORD specifications no 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting machine crushed stone ballast of approved quarry of 53~22.4mm size to water bound macadam of G-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming with crushable screening material i.e. stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & rolling making necessary earthen bund to protect edges, lighting, guarding, barricadding etc. including the cost of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of work as per MORD specifications no 405.

Brick edging on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 8cm. (3") wide and 12cm (4½") deep laid with mud mortar including all labour and supply of brick finished to required template & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion(SS) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means such as Hydraulic broom emulsion pressure distributore etc. as per MORD technical specification clause no.502.(i).(Rates are including cost of Bitumen)

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 Kg./Sqm. on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with Machanical broom, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, as per MORD specification No. 503

Providing, laying & rolling of open graded Premix Carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.60mm aggregates including mixing in a suitable plant, laying & rolling with a three wheeled 80-100KN Static Roller capacity, finished to required level & grades Bitumen @ 14.6 Kg./ 10 sqm. area for premixing including all Taxes, Material, Labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, as per MORD specification No. 508.
