(A) Cost of Boundary Wall with Iron Gate, 2 Nos. Earth work in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footings of column, steps and septic tank etc. including refiling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all leads & lifts as directed and specified in following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and spedified. (A) Up to a depth of 2.0 m below the existing Ground level. (a) In Ordinary Soil.
Providing brick soiling in foundation and under floor with stone/best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparting the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering complete. (a) Brick on flat soiling.
Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing, steps, walls, bricks works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary and curing complete (Shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately.) (a) In prop 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 coarse aggregate by volume. (using mixture machine)
112mm thick 1st class brick nogged wall in cement morter including racking out joints and curing complete as directed in super structure above plinth up to 1st floor level (protruding M.S rod/Tor steel of column to be embeded in cement mortar and will be measured and paid separately) (a) In proporation 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand)
Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete works cement coarse sand & 20mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary and curing complete but excluding coast of fromwork and reinforced cement concrete work. (from work and reinforcement will be measured and paid separately) (I) Using Mixer Machine (A) In Sub-Structure up to plinth level Foundation, footing, columns with base, tie & plinth beam, pile cap, base slab, retaining walls, walls of the septic tank inspection pit and the like and other works not less than 100mm thick up to plinth level. Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevent I.S. Code for R.C.C. work/R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper sharpes and length as per details supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supprots, chairs, spacers etc. complete. (upto 1st floor level) c) ISI approved Mild steel reinforcement bar (M.S.Bar)
15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto 1st floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. (b) In cement mortar 1:4 (On Fair Side) (a) In proporation 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand)
15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto 1st floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. (b) In cement mortar 1:4 (On Rough Side) (a) In proporation 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand)
(a) Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after thoroughly brooming the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.
(b) Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after thouroughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powered materials.
Providing form work of 12mm thick Plywood Board so as to give a rough finish including centering, shattering, strutting and propping etc., height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0 M and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in: 3.2.1.1 Columns, Pillars, Posts & Strut of square/ rectangular/ polygonal in plan or any shape like Tee/L etc. having plane vertical face
Supplying fitting and fixing double leaf heavy duty iron gate frame made from 50mm x 6mm M.S flat iron with another horizontal flat at the middle, 20mm dia M.S bars at 200mm apart from bottom flat to top and 20mm dia M.S bars 200mm apart from bottom flat to middle flat including drilling welding etc. complete. All vertical bars are to be protruded at least 100mm above the middle and top flat is to be flattended and pointed as directed. Necessary looking arrangement on both faces, arrangement for temporary closing the gate 2 nos. (minimum) strong iron hinges of M.S bars and flat of same sizes on each leaf to be embedded in C.C brick pillars as necessary including a red oxide painting to all iron works as directed and specified. (Separate payment will be made for posts)
(B) Cost of CC Pavement: Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300.2 (including compensation of earth) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratiry as directed by the deptt.) (i) From Private land
Construction of Granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401 of MoRTH Specifications (with an initial lead of 5 Km) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (a) Using Grading II Material.
Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevent I.S. Code for R.C.C. work /R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper sharpes and length as per details supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supprots, chairs, spacers etc. complete. (b) TMT bar (ii) Other ISI Marked approved brand.
Providing form work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and proping etc. and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in RCC approach road. (b) Using 25mm thick plank
Providing and laying controlled cement concrete pavement of approach grade with 20mm down graded stone aggregate over a prepared sub-base including dewatering if necessary, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of construction and expansion joints, plasticiser and curing compound of Fosroc/Sika/Choksey/Degusa and hardener of Recron/Degusa/Fostoc, finishing to lines and grades and curing as specified and directed complete (from work and reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately) (a) M-20 Grade Concrete.
