Dismantling and removing old tiled flooring including removing the base coarse and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m.lead including cost of all labours,T & P required for the work etc. Complete as directed by EIC.

Dismantling and removing doors,windows and ventilators including removal of frame,hinges,fastening and stacking the same for reuse and removing the debris within 50m.lead including cost of all labours,T & P required for the work etc. Complete as directed by EIC. (The usable dismantled reusable good material will be handed over to store).

Dismantling squatting type water closet and urinal plates etc and mending good the damages to the floors, including stacking of servicable materials and removal of debries within 50m lead to an unobjectionable area cost of labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, sundries, T&P and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil three types oridinary soil, hard soil or gravelly soil, stoney earth and gravels mixed with stone and boulder (except sheet rocks and boulders requiring for blasting) including dressing and leveling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with all leads and lifts, T&P shoring and shuttering and dewatering if required etc. comp. as directed by EIC.

Supplying and filling the Foundation & Plinth with clean coarse river sand of approved quality from approved quarry, laying in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, watering and ramming including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

P.C.C. of prop. (1:3:6) in foundation using 40 mm. size crusher broken hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, watering and curing and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. comp as per direction of EIC.

Fly ash brick masonry in C.M.(1:6) with the bricks of 23Cm x 11Cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Cm2 in foundation and plinth and basement, ornamental molding and other similar type of works with all necessary projections, splays corbelling, cutting, champering, including cost conveyance, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. compl. in all respect as per direction of EIC.
