Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with inc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of ngle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with ecommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with : 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum moisture resistant board

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity < 0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal powder coated T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.40 mm thick on Silhouette profile,rotary stiched double webbed white with 6mm reveal profile (white/black),comprising of main-T runners of size 15x42mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x42 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x42 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Providing and fixing in position wall panelling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate panels/tiles of size 595 x 595mm, having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity <0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, comprising of a frame made from especially fabricated galvanised mild steel sheet 0.50 mm thick pressed section (galvanizing @120 grams per sqm including both sides) i.e.vertical studs of size 48 x 34 x 36 mm are placed at 600mm center to center in a floor and ceiling channel section of size 50 x 32m fixed to the floor and soffit at 600mm centers using 12mm dia,50mm long wedge type expanded zinc alloy dash fastner with 10mm bolt. This same channel is then to be fixed in horiziontal direction at 600mm center to center so as to form a grid of 600mm x 600mm. VRV Outdoor Unit Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of TOP DISCHAGE Variable Refrigerant Flow modular type air-conditioning system suitable for Cooling & Heating both by multiple scroll compressor controlled by individual inverter complete with indoor and outdoor units with individual wired and wireless/wired remote controller for indoor units and centralized controller, interconnecting refrigerant piping, full charge of refrigerant gas (R-410A) & oil, internal control cabling and fittings etc. as per details given in specifications and having following items. The out door units shall be suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system, 415V + 10 %, 50 Hz AC supply and indoor shall be suitable for Single phase 220-240V, 50 Hz AC supply. Outdoor Units Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Modular type outdoor units equipped with highly efficient scroll compressors(OEM manufactured) fully inverter controlled i.e. changes its speed in accordance to the variation in cooling loads, special heat exchanger, low noise condenser fan, & including full charging of R-410A refrigerant gas complete i/c powder coating complete as per specifications. Out door units shall be provided with MS stand of suitable size duly painted with corision resistant paint suitable for outdoor application. The units shall be in combination of one or more units which shall be selected in such a way that EER in cooling mode of each unit at 100 % shall not be less than 4.1 i.e on 35 Deg C DB Ambient and at 27 Deg CDB & 19 Deg CWB inside conditions. The units shall be suitable to operate upto 52 Deg C ambient conditions in summer and -25 degree celcius in winter. All the units shall be provided with built-in microprocessor control panel, for automatic operation and capacity control,which should be air cool.Machines shall be suitable for working with BMS system. The outdoor unit should be fitted with low noise level and should not be more than 60 db (A) during Night Shift Mode when measured at a point 1 mtr in front of the unit at a height of 1.5 mtrs. External Static pressue of the outdooe units should not be less than 80Pa It is mandatory that each compressor shall have inverter technology separately i.e. outdoor units shall have all inverter based compressor.Compressor and machine should be of same OEM. The inverter technology based Scroll compressor modular type VRF equipment should be designed, so that refrigerant piping between outdoor units and furthest indoor unit shall be extendable up to 200m. Allowable level difference between outdoor & indoor unit shall be 110m in case of outdoor unit on top & 110m in case of outdoor unit at bottom. Allowable level difference between two indoor units connected to same outdoor unit shall be upto 40m. Following capacities of ODUs are at standard operating condition as defined above and Vendor to indicate COP at 100% load & at part loads i.e. 75% & 50% in the data sheets/ shop drawings: The outdoor unit shall have twin scroll compressors and be able to operate even in case of breakdown of one of compressor. Each circuit of outdoor units shall have a minimum of 2 cans for redundancy incase of breakdown. The Equipment should have a operating range till 52 Deg C.
