Note:- Asbestos cement pipe 200 mm dia class 1 (Mazza process) shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing only.

Supplying, aligning, Installation & testing of Precast circular reinforced concrete (M-40) manholes complete with and including 90 mm thick S.F.R.C. cover (heavy duty, HD-20 grade designation),conical top (Top portion) of internal dia 0.56 metre at top,internal dia 1.0 metre at bottom,0.805 metre internal depth and bottom solid cylindrical portion 0.30 metre deep, with wall thickness of 200mm conforming to I.S. 12592, collector for AC pipe inlet 150/200, AC pipe outlet 150/200 pipes & future pipes connecting arrangements all as specified and shown on drawing no.SK-1054 Sheet 1/3 . The manholes shall be precast with M-40 concrete grade building in with end caps where shown or necessary, including cost of all materials, labours, T&P including providing the SFRC footrest as specified and shown on drawing suitable to with stand the bend test and chemical resistance test as per specifications and having manufactures permanent identification marks to be visible even after fixing including fixing in manhole complete all as directed and specified.

All as per item No. 19 here-in-before but for circular precast reinforced manhole rings only for increase of manhole depth more than 0.805 metre and upto 2.0 metre complete including SFRC footrest required as per the height all as directed and specified. Note:- Various manholes of different depths are to be provided at site as per site requirem
ent. The tenderer shall quote rates for depth beyond 0.805 metre top portion for this item. Actual payment shall be made based on actual depth provided at site for increse in depth or for each manhole beyond 0.805 metre depth top portion. Tenderer should note this aspect while quoting rates against this item.
Cutting existing roadwork for laying of sewage line/pipeline and making good including providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern over 150mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregates, over compacted road metal retrieved during cutting of road over the necessary earth filling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning and removing of blockage from manholes of any size and upto 1.5 metre depth with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vaccum) tupe machine mounted on LCV/HCV and having facilties of high pressure shaped nozzle pipe including removing the soil, roots,mud/sludge or any other materials from the manholes in working/running condition and flushing the entire stretch with water to make the stretch clean and functional. removal & depositing any type of sludge/debries to excavated area, spreading necessary insecticides where sludge is deposited all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.
All as per item No. 21 here-in-before but for circular precast reinforced manhole rings only for increase of manhole depth more than 1.0 metre and upto 2.8 metre complete including SFRC footrest required as per the height all as directed and specified. Note:- Various manholes of different depths are to be provided at site as per site requirement .The tenderer shall quote rates for depth beyond 1.0 metre top portion for this item. Actual payment shall be made based on actual depth provided at site for increase in depth for each manhole beyond 1.0 metre depth top portion. Tenderer should note this aspect while quoting rates against this item.
