Excavation over over area in hard/dense soil exc 1.5 mtr but not exceeding 3.0 mtr deep including getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material & labour for cement concerete bed to drain pipes incl packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in 1:4: 8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate of bore of pipe for 200mm dia all as specified and directed.

All as per items 6 above but for 150mm dia pipe.

Supply & fix 150mm dia bore (inner dia) double wall corrugated HDPE pipe (SN-8) in any length including all fitting and jointing with eastomeric rubber link and cuppler/other jointing material laid in trenches or in floors all as sfd and directed.

Supply & fix 200mm dia bore (inner dia) double wall corrugated HDPE pipe (SN-8) in any length including all fitting and jointing with eastomeric rubber link and cuppler/other jointing material laid in trenches or in floors all as sfd and directed.

Material & labour for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) block masonry with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm grade aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs set in mortar 1:6 including necessary formwork and in shelves all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and directed

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on brick masonry surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) including mixing of integral water proofing compound in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. (water proofing compound to be measured and paid for separately).

Supply & fix Vitreous china squating pan " Orissa pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) incl P or S trap connection to trap, and to flushing pipe anti syphonage pipe etc incl making good to floor complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Flushing cistern and flush pipe as required shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply & fix Vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white (excluding flushing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) and including fixing of the following components viz. pedestal pan with "P" or "S" trap, seat cover for pedestal pan, flushing cistern, brackets, chain and pull or lever handle,flushing pipe including jointing to socket of flushing rim and connecting pipe to union of flushing cistern, inlet and overflow pipe, anti-syphonage pipe or stopper fixed complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flushing cistern and flush pipe as required shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply & fix in repairs hand shower (health faucet) with 1m long easy flexible tube in chrome finish & wall hook with accessories set completed all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix grating doom 150mm dia of PTMT (Minimum weight 100 Gms) complete all as specified and directed

Supply only PVC valve less, syphonic action type, white low level flushing cistern of capacity 10 litre with inlet ball valve float and handle including brackets and 32 mm dia PVC flush pipe complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix Vitreous China urinal full stall type white (excluding flushing cistern flush pipe and waste pipe) complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2 securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement fixing with brackets, union for discharge pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix urinal spreader for fixing with 15mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC 32mm dia waste pipes suitable for urinals all as specified and directed

Supply only PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix angle valve 15 mm bore cast copper alloy fancy type, cromium plated with cup complete all a specified and directed.

Material & labour for soakage well of 3.60 mtr internal dia at top and min 1.80 mtr dia at bottom having min 2.45 mtr height of 380 mm thick random rubble uncoursed stone masonry wall in CM 1:6 with 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) below stone masonary at bottom and RCC slab using Design mix M-25 with reinforcement 12 mm dia bars @ 150 mm c/c bothways cranked at 1/4 th of the span including arrangenment for manhole opening and manhole cover (700 x 700), inlet for 150/200mm dia pipe. TD : CESZ/TD-1078/2011 to be follow for same. Note :- The rate includes excavation in any type of soil and construction of soakage well as per drawing connection of inlet pipe, 100 mm dia PVC vent pipe with cowl, returning, filling and removing of surplus soil to a distance exc 50 mtr but not exc 100 mtr from site.

Note :- The rate includes excavation in any type of soil and construction of septic tank as per drawing connection of inlet pipe, returning, filling and removing of surplus soil to a distance exc 50 mtr but not exc 100 mtr from site above the starting point after laying of pipes and testing complete including watering and well ramming in 25cm layers complete all as specified and directed.
