Schedule 'A' Part - VI : - Fittings, Fixtures & Misc items and Flooring for Sun Shelter :- M&L for Cutting Circular Hole Dia of 200 mm of depth 50 mm to 200 in Bitumen / Concrete surfaces and Drilling holes of 25 mm Dia 2 Nos, to a depth of 100 to 150 mm in concrete surfaces, Cleaning the hole & Inserting the Wuerth PE500 (Pure Epoxy), And Fixing 18 mm Dia Carbon Steel Rods of 8.8 Grade with "U" Shape and attaching the Accessory Forged Ring anchorage projecting up to 50 mm to 200 mm to be flush with cut concrete / Bitumen surface and filling with Micro-Concreting to close the extra Hole Moring Ring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Wet mix macadam (WMM) 225 mm thick (compacted thickness) in three layers of 75 mm thick each with coarse granite stone aggregate of specified grade, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using necessary mechanical paver/grade and tendem vibrator of capacity exc 8 tonne and not exc 12 tonne capacity roller complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) The rate quoted shall be for 225 mm thick consolidated thickness in three layers (each layer 75 mm thick compacted thickness). (b) Each layer shall be rolled and consolidated separately. (c) WMM shall be as per MORTH specification as detailed in particular specifications.

M&L for 150 mm thick Dry lean cement concrete (DLC) M-15 with minimum cement content of 240 kg / cum using 25 mm graded stone aggregate or as per design mix spread, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber complete using necessary mechanical sensor paver and tandem vibratory roller of capacity exc 8 tonne and but n.exc 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement than the minimum is used / approved based on mix design in the execution of work under this item. (b) DLC shall be as per MORTH specification as detailed in particular specification.

M&L for HDPE film (transparent colour) in single layer of 400 micron thickness, virgin quality as per ASTM D2103 / IS 2508 laid over sand layer with side and end overlapping not less than 300 mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) Measurement shall be taken for net area and unit rate quoted shall deemed to include for over lapping. (b) Sand layer will be measured and paid separately under revalant item of this schedule.

M&L for 360 mm thick Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) work in pavement of flexural strength 45 Kg per Sqcm (lower control limit) in field using minimum 400 kg of cement per cubic metre or as per design mix, mixed with and including non circular synthetic polyster fibre reinforcement @ 0.25 % by weight of cement spread and compcated by using slip form paver, thickness of concrete 360mm all as specified. including necessary formwork, bull nosing / rounding of bull edges, finishing by mechanical brooming / belting, curing etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) Construction joints, dummy (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (b) Deduction shall be made in computing concrete quantity for expansion joints. (c) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement than the minimum is used / approved based on mix design in the execution of work under this item. (d) Cost of admixtures fibre to maintain as required by design mix is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (e) Maximum cement content shall be 425 Kg per cum and design mix shall be based on the same.

M&L for forming 25 mm wide expansion joints filled with compressed synthetic filler board, for complete depth of joints, i.e 360 mm, provision of closed cell polythene back up rod 30 mm dia filled with polythene sealant (minimum depth of sealant above polythene rod shall be of 15 mm) complying with BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN-141875-2003 (for hydrolysis / water resistant test), priming the sides, with minimum movement accomodation factor (MAF) + 30% (with 10 years performance guarantee) and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawing and all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) The make of filler board shall be of brand "DURA" board HD 100" manufactured by M/s Supreme Industries Ltd or equivalent of makes listed here-in-after. (b) The synthetic filler board shall be premoulded compressible black in colour having minimum density of 100 (+) 10% kg/cum, water absorption less than 0.069 kg/sqm and compression recovery of 93% (c)The make of polythene rod shall be of brand "DURA Rods" manufactured by M/s Supreme Industries Ltd or equivalent of make listed here-in-after (d) The polythene rod shall be of desired diameter having minimum density of 22kg/cum and compression strength of 0.40 kg/sqm, 25% greater than the joints width, of white colour. (e) Primer to be used before filling sealant (f) Edges shall be bevelled and joints cut within 24 hours using diamond bit cutter of Bosch or equivalent used for cutting green concrete. (g) The exposed vertical faces of slab shall be applied with one coat of white wash..

M&L for forming construction joints 24 mm deep and 8 mm wide (using diamond cutter), providing polythene backup rod 10mm dia and sealed with poluurethane sealant (minimum depth of sealant above polythene rod shall be of 10mm) complying with BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN-41875-2003 (For hydrolysis / water resistant test), priming the sides, minimum movement accomodation factor (MAF) + 30% with 10 years perforance guarantee) and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawing and all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) The make of polythene rod shall be of brand "DURA" rods manufactured by M/s Supreme Industries Ltd or equivalent of makes listed here-in-after. (b) The polythene rod shall be of desired diametre having minimum density of 22 kg per cum and compression strength of 0.40 kg per sqm, 25% greater than the joints width, of white colour. (c) Primer to be used before filling sealant (d) Edges shall be bevelled and joints cut within 24 hours using diamond bit cutter of Bosch or equivalent as approved by GE to be used for cutting green concrete.

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints, cutting 100mm deep with 3mm width as initial cutting and secondary cutting of 25mm deep from the top and 8mm wide using diamond cutter to accomodate polythene backup rod 10mm dia and sealed with polythene sealant (minimum depth of sealant above polythene rod shall be of 15mm) complying with BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN-41875-2003 (For hydrolysis / water resistant test), priming the sides, minimum movement accomodation factor (MAF) + 30% with 10 years perforance guarantee) and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawing complete all as specified and as directed.
