Earth work in excavation by manual means, over areas (exceeding 30 cm and upto 1.5 mtr. in depth, 1.5 mtr. in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr. for cutting edge, deposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Supplying/filling dry stone soling tightly hand packed under foundation & under floors incld. all carriages complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work upto plinth level in 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) using crushed aggregate including all carriages upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) using crushed aggregate including all carriages upto site of work complete.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete (Thermo-mechanically treated bars) including all carriages upto site of work complete.

Stone work in plain Ashler in superstructure upto floor V level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 course sand) incld. pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement :2 stone dust) with an add mixture of pigment matching the stone shade (Devri stones) including extra labour for rectangular pillars and arch portion and including all carriage upto site of work complete.(Fine chiseled dressed)

Stone work in plain Ashler in cornices 75mm , in cement mortar1:6 (1 cement :6 course sand) including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement :2 stone dust) with an add mixture of pigment matching the stone shade (Devri stones fine chiseled dressed) and including all leads, lifts & all carriage upto site of work complete.

P/F of angle iron posts and struts of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10mm dia etc. complete including priming / painting coats of approved steel primer / paint and all carriages upto site of work complete in all respects.

P/F G.I. chain link fabricated fencing of required width in mesh size 50 x 50 mm including strengthening with 4 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Made of G.I. wire of dia 4mm) including priming / painting coats of approved steel primer / paint and all carriages upto site of work complete in all respects.

Steel work welded in built up sections, gate / grill work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying coat of approved steel primer, using structural steel as required in grating frames, guard bars, ladders, railing, brackets, gates and similar work.(as per approved design) including all carriages upto site of work complete. (Ornamental type)
