Note : The Transformers shall also be provided with following Terminal Arrangement & Fittings and rate quoted against respective item is deemed to be included for the same:
Terminal Arrangement:
[a] LV Side: Cable Box & HV side : Open bare bush with LA and arcing horns protection
[b] Quad furcating cable box with five compression glands for PVC Cable and One additional neutral terminal shall be brought out separately for earthing purpose on LV Side.
[c] First filling of new and unused Transformer Oil [IS – 335 Marked], filtered and tested up to 60KV dielectric strength at 2.5mm air gap between testing electrodes. Certification of dielectric strength shall be submitted by the Contractor after filling the oil.
[d] Routine tests mentioned in these tender documents and relevant IS are to be followed.
[e] OEM should be BIS certified & BEE star labled for all the rating of transformers that are to be installed. | - | - | - | - |
