Increasing capicity of 11/0.4 KV S/S from 250 KVA to 400 KVA along with other required accessories under Business Plan 2017-18 in EUDD Mayohall/Tagore Town/Bamrauli. Work also included loading carriage and unloading of materials from centrel store Naini/Power house store to work site..

Construction of T/F plinth of size 1.5x1.5x1.25 mtr on a padding 0.25m deep in the ground in the ratio 1:5:10 cement, sand and brick ballast on the top of padding brick work of Ist class bricks of 0.15m height and 0.35 meter thick wall will be constructed. Rest wall should be 0.23 mtr thickness, brick work will be in ratio 1:4 cement and sand. In the hollow portion the sand should be filled from ground level upto 15 cm below from the top of plinth, cement, sand and brick ballast should be placed in ration 1:2:4 and 2nos. channels of size 100x50x1500 mm be grouted in the concrete. The T/F plinth should be plastered on all sides by 12 mm thick in 1:6 cement and morter. (All materials will be arranged by the conctractor)

Erection, grouting, plinthing & earthing of single support pole 8.5/9/11 mtr long STP between mid spam of shifting of existing pole due to proper alignment of road widening, including fixing of necessary clamps, cross arm etc. grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ratio 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly (Grouting & plinthing and all required material will be arranged by the contractor except 8.5/9/11 mtr long STP as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule)

Earthing of transformer body and neutral by lowering of GI pipe of size 1.50” dia 40’ deep, connecting with GI Strip of size 50x6 mm with clamp. (All materials will be arranged by the conctractor)

Replacement of damged LT cubical box along with all accessories.

Earthing of neutral and body LT cubical box by providing M.S. earthling rod and connecting with G.I. Strips of size 50x6 mm with clamp (All material except earthing rod will be arranged by the conctractor)

Laying of L.T. cable of size 1x400 sq mm. from LT side of T/F R,Y,B, Phase and Nutral stud to LT cubical box and its connection with the system. (All materials will be provided by the department).

Laying of L.T. cable of size 3.5x240/3.5x400 sq mm.from LT cubical box to LT Pole and suitably connection at both ends. (All materials will be provided by the department)

Errection of 250/400 KVA T/F along with HT/LT connection. Work also included loading carriage and unloading of materials from centrel store Naini/Power house store to work site.

Dismentalling of all the HT/LT connections & earthing of old 11/.4 KV 100/250 KVA Transformer along with loading carriage & unloading of same from site to central store Naini/power house store.

Replacement /Installation of G.O. Switch/D.O. fuse set as per requriment. (All materials will be provided by the department).

Erection & Commissioning of (3x120+1x195+1x16)/ (3x95+1x70+1x16) sq.mm ABC, necessary clamps, I-Hook, dead end clamp, suspension clamp, piercing connecter 1x35 sq.mm. & 1x16 sq.mm. PVC cable as per RESSPO norms. ( all required material will be provided by contractor as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule except AB cable)
