Filling in basement with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and consolidated complying with standard specificition, etc.Complete. TNBP SS NO 24 & 25

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling sand in layers not more than 15cm thick well rammed, watered and compacted complete complying jwith standard specification. TNBP SS NO 24 & 25

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix (one cement four sand and Eight hard broken stone) using 40mm ISSHBG metal for foundation, flooring and rendering the top rough to take floor finish including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm thick compacting etc. Complete complying with standard specification and as direceted TNBP SS NO. 28

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISSHBG metal from approved sources including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and watering etc., complete. Upto basement

Painting the plastered wall surface with two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved colour including preparation of surface and finishing outside the building over one coat of cement primer including clearing the surface in all floors etc., complete as per standard specification.

Paving the floor with scratch proof ceramic tiles of approved colour and size in CM 1:3, 20mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.4 Kg/Sqm mixed with colouring pigments to suit the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with standard specification etc., complete.

Flooring with Granolithic flooring to 25mm thick using CC 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISSHBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats with ready mix paint of approved colour and trade for doors & windows including cost and conveyance of all materials and all other labour charges etc., complete.

Providing weathering course 75mm average thickness of 20mm brickjelly concrete with slacked lime including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for watering, curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing one course of pressed tiles of size 20x20x2 cm including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for watering, curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete.
