Excavating in trenches manually not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceding 1.5mtr in depth / width for laying under ground cable / foundations and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed. Note : During excavation no mechanical excavator is permitted at site, contractor will do the excavation through manually.

Returning, filling in including spreading. Levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavatiing matrial not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed

M&L for sand cushioning for protection of LT under ground cable with screen wash sand and punning to proper required cover all as specified and as directed

M&L for brick protection with old size sub class 'B' brick for PVC under ground cable protection in trench laud width wise on LT Cable laid dry and flat joining each other with gap vetween adjaacent brick not exceeding 10mm over LT under ground cable all as specified and as directed

M&L for boring under roads or any other specified location by required T&P without disturbing the top surface of the road for insertion of GI pipe of 50 to 100 mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC as in foundation or any other works type C1 (1:3:6) (20mm graded aggregate) all as specified and directed Note : Any form work required for PCC works are deemed to be included in this rate

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick works or concrete surfaces all as specified and directed

S&F and Laying of UG cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electrical cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade , cross section of suze 400 sqmm 4 core including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed Note : i) Necessary excavation, returning and filling shall be measured separately ii) Rate quoted shall be inclusive oif making electrical connection at both end with AL lugs, cable gland and suitable gland and suitable gland as required at site. iii) On ground Factory test to be carried out by the rep of HQ CWE (AF) Borjhar and the contractor at manufacturer's godown / factory / testing lab situated at OEM's premises in front of OEM's technician / lab engineer and results shall be recorded duly signed by all concerned and the technician / lab engineer. Necessary arrangements for testing shall be made by the contractor. The material shall only be incorporated after getting satisfactory results and the rates quoted is deemed to be included for the above and no extra claim shall be admissible on this account. The test reports with satisfactory results duly signed shall be forwarded alongwith RAR failing which no payment shall be admissible against this item. Thickness of insulation and cables shall be ensured as per IS code by Engr-in-Charge using vernier calipers.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 1.1KV grade for outdoor end termination heat shrink type join complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 4 core PVC / XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 400-500 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for making of earth connection of 500 sqmm single core XLPE insulated unarmoured copper cable complete all as specified and as directed Note : As per notes given in serial item No 9.00 here-in-before.

M&L for Machinery / Equipment / chemical earthing complete with copper earh plate 90X60X5 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earth lead by means of bolt, nut as showh ann washer of copper strip 50X6 mm as earhing test point all as specified or indicated includinug testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft / loose soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm stone aggregate funnel, 20mm dia GI made grade water pipe, 15mm dia GI light gade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover, wire copper lugs, wire nesh, charcoal or coke abd common salt in alternate layers all around the earth electrode pit cover including diusposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, complete testing on completion all as shown in electricla plate no of SSR part No 1 all as specified and directed

M&L for HDPE Double wall corrugated pipe of size 160/136mm as per IS : 16098 Part-II 2013 and ISO 21138 & BSEN 13476-1 to 3 laid in trenches / wall for pretection cables with necessary AL Clamps & nuts, bolts/ screws as required at site complete all as specifed and directed
