Scope: server & storage uptime, VMS health, video wall content scheduling, AI MLOps pipeline support, backup/restore.

Qualifications: Graduate with Computer Diploma, English/Hindi proficiency, MS-Office literate, basic networking awareness. Scope: live camera monitoring, AI alert triage & escalation, citizen call handling, daily ops logbook, evidence locker housekeeping.

Spare units pool — emergency replacement stock for existing cameras & sub-modules. Coverage: 3% pool stock (PCB cards, camera back-end boards, lens assemblies, junction-box hardware) for 199 ITMS & CCTV Survelliance 140 Replacement SLA: ≤24 hrs from fault report.

Outdoor cabling, connectors, junction-box hardware, weather-proofing seals & terminations. Coverage: catenary cable, CAT6 outdoor, fibre patches, glands, lugs, RJ45 outdoor connectors (IP67). Applied at: existing 12 junctions; replacement of weather-degraded segments on rolling basis.

ATCS controller spares — signal driver cards, sensor loops, peripheral boards for 12 junctions. Coverage: ITSPE ATCS controller spare cards, RTU modules, loop-detector cards, driver-output relays. Replacement SLA: ≤4 hrs at junction; spare cards stocked at ICCC store.

Operation and maitenance of complete Building management system associated non-IT / electromechanical infrastructure installed at the facility of existing Infra at ICCC (Integrated Command & Control Center), alarm management, and fault diagnosis of BMS, Corrective maintenance and breakdown support, Calibration of sensors, controllers, and field devices, Software updates, backup, and system health checks.
