Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller/Hand guided/ Walk-behind double drum vibratory Roller (Baby Roller) to achieve the desired density with material conforming to Grade-IV (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-25 complete all as specified and directed

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads and lifts, laying in uniform layers in sub- base/base course on well prepared surface compacting with vibratory roller/Hand guided/ Walk-behind double drum vibratory Roller (Baby Roller) to achieve the desired density, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying primer coat over WMM surface with bitumen Emulsion medium setting spray @ 7.5 Kg per 10 Sqm area as per clause No.502 of MORTH specifications of road works (IV th Revision) of 2001/latest edition complete all as specified and directed

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS: 8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface and cleaning with mechanical broom on bituminous surface @ 2.5 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying 30mm thick (compacted thickness) bituminous macadam with VG-10 grade bitumen @ 3.3% (using 12mm thick crushed stone aggregate) of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled/Hand guided/ Walk-behind double drum vibratory Roller (Baby Roller) to achieve the desired compaction complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying 20mm thick (compacted thickness) bituminous concrete with VG-10 graded bitumen @ 5% using 12mm thick aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituninous binder, transporting to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with finishing to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled/Hand guided/ Walk-behind double drum vibratory Roller (Baby Roller) to achieve the desired compaction complete all as specified and directed. Note:- No depression or bird bath more than 6mm should be present on the finished surface.

Providing and fixing of Kerb Stone of size 12x4x5" dimension made out of cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) along the both sides of complete track area, complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying Synthetic Athletic Track surface minimum 13mm thick Spray Coat System, Cast in situ) including marking on the surface as per games standard by World Athletics all completed as per specifications laid down by World Athletics complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast cement articles complete all as specified and directed.
