Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sqmm 3.5core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sqmm 3.5core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr deep for taking out/ laying of under ground cable, pole, pipe, stay and getting out in soft soil strata including making good to the disbturbed surfaces such as hardstanding, footpath/ pavments complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick spread in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with a layer of sand 8 cm depth before laying of cable and 15 cm depth after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured & paid.

M&L for well burnt sub class 'B' bricks of nominal size 230X115X75 mm abutting each other for mechanical protection of cable with width equal to length of brick including taking out old bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 50 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC cable route indiacator made out with 300 x 300 x 300 mm thick PCC Block of 1:3:6 type C1 by using 20mm gradded aggragate and embossing HT indicator made out with MS / CI round shaped sheet welded with 200 mm long MS flat iron including 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to iron surfaces fixing at different cable routes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 600mm x 600mm x6mm thick elecrode and 32mm x 6mm galvanised iron strip as earthing lead burried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, the earth plate surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides connected to GI strip 32mm x 6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers (including welding) of galvanised iron or steel and connected to main switch board / panel/ test point at the other including necessary earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil, concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type BI cover slab 54cm x 54cm x 5cm reinforce with 8mm dia bar TMT @150mm centre to centre both ways with one handle for lifting made out 8mm dia MS bar with wire mesh funnel, 20mm GI tubing medium grade for watering and 40mm GI tubing light grade for protection, test point, testing on completion all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old U/S cable of various size from trenches of any depth and deposite to MES E/M store yard for further disposal as schedule of credit to the contractor complete all as specified and directed. (As per Site requirement)

M&L for High galvanized mast light of 16 mtr height suitable for 9 lantern symmetrically fitted along with their control gear and having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 7/19 guage and double drum winch with luminaire mounting arm, pully assembly, aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike including RCC foundation as per height as recommended by OEM complete including LT control panel for the highmast light complete all as specified and directed. (Note: In HM light, cost of luminaires is to be added separately. Rates are inclusive of cost of foundation and cable from panel to each flood light)

Supply and fixing LED flood light 200 watt 230 V AC outdoor type made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LED and secondary lenses with 30-60D Beam angle with IP66 protection, System Efficacy>110LPW,10KV SPD with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying,jointing and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of GI Pipe of 25 mm dia light grade for cable protection pipe complete all as specified and directed.
