Taking down existing water proofing treatment including brick bats, bricks tiles and padding complete of any description from RCC roof slab by scraping by means of MS scrapper patty or by any suitable tools until the concrete surface of the slab visible and removal of rubbish off the premises as directed to a distance not exc 100 mtr all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate for removal and refixing existing lightning conductors/ strips / assembly is deemed to be included under quoted rate of this item.

M&L for 25mm thick (average thickness) PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions laid on roof slab to make up uneven surface and slope finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions laid over roof slab finished even and smooth without using extra cement whilst the concrete is still green. Note : WPC compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound for mixing in padding concrete.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) all as specified and as directed.

Forming V grooves in plaster n exc 10mm deep and n exc 10mm on face

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall including racking out joint hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M and L for rendering 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick / stone masonry surface on outer wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M and L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick masonry surface on internal wall/ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
