Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No -01 above but depth exceeding. 1.5m but not exceeding 3.0m and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No -01 above exceeding 3.0 m deep but not exceeding 4.50m and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No -01 above, exceeding 4.50 m deep but not exceeding 6.0m and getting out soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation in any type of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded agg in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone agg) as in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in beams,cantilevers, bressummers lintels over 1.5m span complete, complete all as specified and directed.

Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slab and similar work including necessary formwork set in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, of dia 600 mm laid in trenches and jointed complete with collar complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work, with fly ash bricks (old size bricks) having crushing strength not less than 75kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Brick work, with fly ash bricks (old size bricks) having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/Sqm, straight or curved on plan any radius half brick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing to brick masonery in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ditto complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick CM 1:4 on brick/Stone/PCC block masonry surface finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:1.5:3 (Nominal mix) type C-2 using 40 mm graded agg in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of timbering as planking and strutting for excavations over areas upto 5.50m deep (as for basements, etc.) and including use and waste of raking shores and fixing and removal complete all as specified and directed.

S & F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling to obtain optimum moisture conditions to the specified percentage of standard proctor density not less than 95 percent and finishing to required size, shape,etc., not exceeding. 1.5 m high from base/GL(made up GL) incl Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out approved soil and carrying excavated soil from out side the defence land and removing boulders/lumps of size 75mm and above by screening the soil before filling in traverses, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rates include cost of earth/soil to be brought from outside the defence land.

All as per Srl Item No-24 above but height exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.0m complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in two layers (10 & 5mm thick) CM 1:3 on brick/ Stone/ PCC block masonry surface finished even and smooth using water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (WPC will be measured & paid separately)

Rendering 20mm thick in two layers of 15 mm and 5mm with WPC in CM 1:3 on brick/Stone/PCC block masonry surface finished even and smooth using water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (WPC will be measured & paid separately)

Supply only integral in water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Hardcore broken stonor boulders of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framedguard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework ofwater tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm dia, PVC pipe as in weep holes in retaining wall complete all as specified and directed.

Wire netting of glavanished steel wire 1.40mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples of mesh size 20 x20mm complete all as specified and directed.

Hand packing , filling (any thickness) at back of walls with aggregate of gauge 40 to 80mm of broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M & L two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth incl preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L two coats of bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain, Aluminium sheeting,0.71mm thick Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length andgirth as fixed) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer on new plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L solvent free epoxy resin coating of thickness 10 micron @ 6 Kg/Sqm on concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Providing of fixing metallic 10 to 12 mm dia. Non ferrous nozzles with fast setting compound after drilling of holes with suitable means on the cracks and over the complete area and grouting the same with cement slurry admixed with non shrink compound ( to be measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Grouting cementious material admixed with polymer and non shrink compound through nozzles with or grouting pump mechanically operated. The grouting shall be done till refused of pump or when they slurry up coming for adjacent nozzles and as per the manufacturers specifications complete all as specified and directed.
