Material and labour for shifting of DG set of capacity from 160 KVA to 250 KVA including disconnecting all connected items including cable, Panel, shed from foundation to proposed site as directed place of installation and installing on PCC platform /plinth with necessary fixing arrangement with shed and connecting input and output electricity connections with minor spares, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as as directed. Note:- (i) Cost for taking down, loading/unloading, shifting transport/ T&P (crane and vehicle) for shifting to DG Set shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate, nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (ii) In case damage to DG set during to the shifting, panelty/ recovery cost of DG set shall be made from the contractor payment as directed. (iii) Shifting of shed including taking out from foundation and shfting and fixing at new loaction with PCC in 1:3:6 for pole deemed included in quoted rate.

M&L in replacement for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6.0mm buried directly in ground, vertically to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level surrounded from all sides with alternate layers of charcoal and common salt and connected to GI strip of size 32x6mm by means of GI bolts, nuts washers & check nuts electrode connected to main switch board or main control board or on poles or on transformer and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering, 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI strip upto test point including providing funnel and wire mesh GI frame and 10cm thick suitably reinforced RCC pit cover, PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates complete including excavation and earth work in any type of strata, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, all as specified ans shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1, PCC pit shall be provided at least 50 cm away from the earth pit and not just on earth pit including testing on completion complete Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Protection pipe and GI earthing wire upto test point or upto electric equipment from top of earth plate shall be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for foundation of size 5.5mx 2.25mx 0.75m for installation of DG set using PCC 1:2:4 type B2, including necessary form work, anchor Nut/ Bolt all as required. DG set foundation hight will be 300 mm above from ground level and neccesaary arrangments must be included to withstand against vibration and self weight of DG set . Note: - (i) The design of Foundation of DG set wil be approved by GE (ii) Excavation of Earth work removal of same deemed included in quoted rate.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm 3 core.

M&L for taking out old under ground HT / LT XLPE/PVC cable of any size from trenches/wall/roof/road/pipe/pole/DB including taking out of brick layer and segregation/staking of serviceable brick from trenches for re-use and broken brick bats removing from site making good the disturbed surface with PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, 100mm thick for wall/ road/ PCC complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Cost of Earth work will be measured and paid relevant items (ii) Cost of PCC shall be deemed to be included in quated rate by tenderer

Material and labour for taking out of serviciable DHP medical grade pipe Solid drawn, seamless, dioxidised, non-arsenical, half hard tempered and degreased from wall/trench and refixing same at new location with suitable welding brezzing for connection with existing or new pipeline or as directed for following size: (a) 12 X 0.7 MM OD

M&L for sand cushioning to cable with dry fine sand in trenches 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm above the cable after laying including gently punning around cable complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and directed.
