R.C.C 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and half sand and three course aggregate) using 20 mm size H.B.G stone (machine crushed) including mixing concrete using machanical mixer machine, and vibrating with machanical vibrator, but excluding cost of steel reinforcement, fabrication and placing the grills in postion and the cost of centering and strutting but including curing, finishing etc., complete as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Centering for sides and soffits of R.C.C slab for plane surface / curved surface including strutting upto required height using MS sheets of size 90cmx60cm and BG 10 gauge, stiffend with welded MS angle of size 25mmx25mmx3mm laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10cmx6.5cm (space at about 90cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm c/c complying with standard specification etc., complete as directed by the TWAD Board Officers for the following items

Supply and fixing of CI manhole power with frame of size 0.75m x 0.75m with locking arrangements as directed by TWAD Board Officers. The manhole cover frame and cover should be light weight conforming to IS 1726 / 1974

Supplying and fixing C. I steps inside the sump.

Providing cut stone set in C.M 1:3 for inlet pipe.

Supply and delivery of Followings

15H.P.Submersible Motor 600lpm x 75mSupply and delivery of Open well Submersible pump set conforming to IS 14220 /2002 and as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging the following duties due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze mixed type impeller, CI FG 200 grade casing and brass screws and rotor shall be of copper rod as per IS 613/1984 with ISI mark. The pump suitable for installation in sump with 1.1KV grade 3 core suitable copper flat submersible cable to a length of 15m with necessary cable joints. The non-return valve located at the top of the pump in the discharge outlet connection is to be designed with minimum friction. The pump should be directly coupled to 2880 RPM, three phase, 50 Hz (±5), 415V+6% & 415V-15% squirrel cage induction motor suitable for DOL upto 5 HP , Fully Automatic Air break Star Delta up to 20 HP and Auto Transformer starter for above 20 HP starting and for continuous operation.

Supply and delivery of 4.00sqmm flat type PVC insulated 3core copper cable confirming to IS694/1990 with ISI Marking suitable for submersible pump set etc complete
