Reinforced cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete. Column base upto GL

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete

Supplying and erecting centring for sides and suffits including supports and structing upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all cross bracting using MS sheets of size 90 x 60cm and 10kg stiffened with angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists os size 10 x 6.5mm at about 90cm C/C and supported by casuring props of 10cm 13cm dia at C/C etc., complete.

Supply, fabricating and placing in position mild steel/ Ribbed tor steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Brick work using country bricks of size 83/4"x 4184"x 23/4" in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five M sand) including curing neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with Cement mortar 1:5 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Painting two coat with platic emulsion paint using best quality and approved varity of colour pigments including cost of all materials brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Painting new iron works such as steel doors with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification
