Cutting in earth work in all kind of soil such as pick works,jumper work,blasting work hard or soft rock chiselling where blasting is prohibited and disposal of excavated earth within all leads and lifts.
Excavation in foundation in all kind of soil such as pick work,jumper work,blasting hard or soft rock chiseling where blasting is prohibited or saturated soil,lift up to 1.50 mtrs.stacking the excavated soil not more than 3.00 mtrs.clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation consoildating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposingof all surplus excavated earth as directed by nthe Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8graded stone agg. 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts.
Providing form work with steel plate3.15 mm thick welded with angleiron 30x30x5mm,so as to give a fair finish including centering,shuttering,struting and propping etc,with wooden battens and ballies height of ballies,height of propping aand centering below supporting floor to celing not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- vertical surfaces such as walls ( any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters,buttresses,plinth and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5sand:3graded stone agg. 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work & reinforcement or reinforced concrete work in : (i) foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts.
(ii) Wall ( any thickness but not less then 0.10 mtrs. Thickness attached pilasters buttress,plinth and string courses etc from top of foundation level up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts.
Providing RCC smooth finishing of the exposed surface in CM 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 sand) in all leads and lifts.
Providing mild/Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work inluding bending,binding and placing in position in position complete upto floor two level to the entire satisfaction of the Engoneer-in- charge.Tor steel with in all leads and lifts.
Laying and jointing High density poly thene pipe 140 mm dia (OD) PE-80,class PN-4,confirming to IS-4984-1995 complete with fitting ( earth work to be measured and paid separately) with in all leads and lifts.
Providing and fixing Alfa Laval Butterfly valve 140 mm dia nominal pressure and designation cap.
Laying and jointing of GMS Tubes of 150 mm dia (MG) in trenches including testing complete in all respect( earth work in trenches to mbe measured and paid for separately) for scour pipe with in all leads and lifts.
P/L cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 sand : 4 graded stone agg. 20 mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of gorm work,wall ( any thickness but not less then 0.10 mtrs. Thickness attached pilaster buttere,plinth and string course etc from top of foundation level up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -All work up to plinth level 1:3:6(1 Cement :3 Sand :6 graded stone agg. 40 mm nominal size)
Supplying,Hoisting & Streching tyo specified profile wire rope ( a) 22mm
Providing and fixing in position steel accessories like clamps suspenders pully etc.
Laying and jointing of G.I. pipe (HG) 125 mm OD as per IS:6392-1971 ( Latest with upto date amendments) and welding of MS Flanges of table -28 having weight 44-48 Kg per joint after 100 Rmt with pipe s in two layers on both faces to make the joint leak proof. The welding of flanges should conform to IS 816-1969 with electrode as per IS:814-1991 and required number of nuts & bolts confirming to IS:1364. The thickness of gasket not less than 3.00 mm conforming to IS:2712-1998. And remaining providing circumferencial Butt welded joints by electrical arc welding to 125mm dia of G.I.pipes medium/heavy class welded in requisite number of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS:816-1969 specifications by using welding esilctrodes of 2.50 mm to 6.3 mm of Advani Oerlikon (Asore)-CITOJET/ESAB make conforming to IS:814-1991 at of work complete in all respects including manual/mechanical handing of pipes in all leads and lifts upto the entiresatisfaction of the Engineer- in- charge.
Providing,laying and jointing in trenches API pipe 125 mm nominal diametre in random length of 4 to 7 mtrs. Conforming to IS 3183-2001 ( Latest with upto date amendments) grade L320 of X-46 having wall thickness 6.6 mm test poressure of 116 KPA jointed with flanges conforming to table-34 latest upto date amendments including cost of nuts and bolts of required sizes and 3 mm thick compressed asbestos fiber gaskets champion make the wealding of the flange to be done on both sides /faces to the joits leak profe according to relevant BIS standared and specification (B bands and Flanged to be measured and paid for separtely) Laying will include all operation such as cutting ,welding and jointing fulshing ,painting with A anti- corrosie material i.e. Coaltar and hassions cloth ,cleaning and hydrolic testing complete and bends of all degree all respect the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge(The earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for saperately) ( Pipe shall be measured in straght length excluding the bends and flanged. RD 10200 to 11000.
P/F cast steel Gate walve 125mm Dia class -600 ASA conforming to BIS -1414 complete in all respect.
P/F Flanged GI Pipe Tee of premium make with nuts and bolts and fibre sheets gesket 3mm thick champion make with welded MS Flanged with necessary accessories size 125mm complete in all respect.
P/F sluice valve ( with hand wheel as per BIS 14864 class i.c Brass spindle with nuts and bolts and with fibre sheet gasket 3mm thick champion make with welded MS Flanged with necessary accessories size 125mm dia complete in all respect.
P/F Air relase valve of 125mm Dia complete in all respect.
