Brick work with F.P.S bricks/common burnt clay bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level including carriage of material

12 mm thick cement plaster in ratio 1:4 to all surfaces including carriage of materials

Providing & laying of dry stone soling/stone boulder filling , incl sand filling in voids etc including carriage complete job.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) crushed incl. carriage of materials complete.

P/L vitrified floor tiles in different size ( specified by the thickness to absorption manufacture )with water less than 0.08 % and conforming to ISI marked of approved make in cll colours and shades , laid on 20mm thick cement mortor 1:4 mix incl. grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc complete size of tile 600x600mm

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 25 mm thick with 12.5mm nominal size stone aggregate

Painting with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture 2 or more coats on new steel works, including primer
