Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar ashlar facings, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls,concrete wall, celing etc incl racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete including removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channels and drains including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of mix 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates), exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns end and binding with mild steel barber wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Material, T&P and labour for cleaning/ desludging of Manhole/grease trap/septic tank of any capacity using the cleaning devices as per rule 5 and protective gear and safety devices as per rule 4 of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Rules, 2013 and removing the sludge and solid contents in covered container outside MD land including spraying the area with alum powder to avoid foul smell complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Sludge will be measured and paid after dewatering of manholes etc and rate for dewatering shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates)

Material, T&P and labour for cleaning of blockage of wash basin, floor trap, nahani trap, gully trap (GT), kitchen, bath etc. (carrying sullage) in any length upto the first manhole by any means (using chemical or any mechanical device) & flushing with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material, T&P and labour for cleaning of blockage of WC/Urinal (carrying soil waste) in any length upto the first manhole using the cleaning devices as per rule 5 and protective gear and safety devices as per rule 4 of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Rules, 2013 and removing blockage if any complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC or RCC) 150 mm internal bore set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.. Note:- Excavation work shall be measured and paid seperately.
