The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value) as a prime contractor, at least one civil/similar nature of work of value not less than Rs 10.00 Lakhs in the preceding five financial years (i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). The certificate issued by the competent Authority not below the rank of Chief Engineer in case of KPCL works and not below the rank of Executive Engineer and equivalent in case of other Government Organizations is to be uploaded in the technical bid. (Work done of Value of works of previous years will be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the financial year in which the tender is invited.).

The Intending bidder in his name should have achieved in atleast two financial years an average annual Financial Turnover of Rs 20.00 Lakhs during the preceding five financial years (i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). The bidder shall submit certified copy of the turnover certificate duly certified by the Chartered Accountant for the respective two years & the same shall be uploaded along with the technical bid. (Financial turnover of of Value of works of previous years will be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the financial year in which the tender is invited).

I/we shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by KPCL or by any State Government/Government of India/ Union Territory ETC as uploaded in the bid.

Any reputed individual/Company registered as KPWD Class-IV and above contractor is eligible to apply and valid certificate issued.
