Dismantling & Providing, supplying & applying cement plaster in line & level at all height with cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 sand) along with bonding agent/ Waterproofing chemical to walls, beams, columns, ceiling, moulds, patta, grooves etc. including scaffolding, curing ,finishing smooth and chipping the concrete at all levels including cost of all materials, transportation, lift, loading, unloading, curing, labour, tools and plants, taxes, duties, levies, octori, royalties, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. Reinforcement protection coating to be applied wherever required.Approved make - (Ultratech, Dalmia, ACC, Duraguard)

Chipping/ Dismantling & Providing, laying of 1st quality Vitrified Floor tile confirming to IS-15622 specifications of approved quality of size, shape and thickness on floors, skirtings, at all locations including necessary mortar bedding backing/necessary fixing material. Close jointed & grouted with proper matching grout where necessary finished with flush pointing with Fix-A Tile (Sika/Pedelite/Rouf) & with epoxy based water proof grout to match the shades of the tiles etc. Also fixing of granite at all door sill, finished to line, level, plumb etc. as required, including cutting of stone slab, wastage making cut outs wherever required machine/hand polishing. Item including cost of all materials, labours & royalties, conveyance ,loading and unloading ,sundries ,T & P etc complete as per the specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge. Dismantling & Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door choukhat with shutter of required size 1.05 width- 48 nos, 0.9 width- 108 nos. comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges 100mm of required thickness with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws/ welding wherever required necessary etc all as per direction. of Engineer-In-Charge minimum 30 mm thick. The rate to include the following accessories- Butt hinges (75- 100 mm * 50-63 mm), Tower bolt (full cover (100mm to 250 mm), Sliding bolt -100 mm, Mortice /Cylindrical double locking of Godrej make , Aldrop 250mm -300mm * 12-16 mm, 2 sides Bow type SS door handle with continuous plate (100mm to 150 mm grip), PVC door stopper, bar hooks, hangars,locks, tarbolts, etc. All fittings made of 1st quality SS make to ensure complete fit and finish. All size, shape, colour, etc, specification to be chosen by NABARD representative (Approved Make - Green Plastwood, Black Cobra, Floresta, Alstone).

Dismantling and providing, fixing of 1st quality teak wood main door chowkhat with shutter of required size, frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length hold fast lugs or dash etc with panelling and glazed shutters for doors, Providing and fixing minimum 35mm thick factory made teak wood door shutter by approved manufacturers, including enamel paint, Butt hinges (75- 100 mm * 50-63 mm), Tower bolt (full cover (100mm to 250 mm), Sliding bolt -100 mm, Mortice /Cylindrical double locking of Godrej make , Aldrop 250mm -300mm * 12-16 mm, 2 sides Bow type SS door handle with continuous plate (100mm to 150 mm grip), PVC door stopper, clear vision SS peephole, hook & eye 150mm, safety chain, locks, tarbolts, etc. Costs to be inclusive of cementing, plastering, door stopper, handle, lock, tarbolt, etc as per the site requirement complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Finishing surface of walls with two coats of internal white Wallcare Putty of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including roughening, scraping and cleaning and finishing the surface smooth only to proper plumbs and level, including cost of all labours, materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, watering and curing, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge. (Approved Make - JK Cement Shield MaxX, Birla White WallCare Putty, Asian Paints Wall Putty, Berger Wall putty)

Finishing surface of walls with two coats of internal white Wallcare Putty of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including roughening, scraping and cleaning and finishing the surface smooth only to proper plumbs and level, including cost of all labours, materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, watering and curing, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge. (Approved Make - JK Cement Shield MaxX, Birla White WallCare Putty, Asian Paints Wall Putty, Berger Wall putty)

Providing, laying of AC outdoor pipe hole at external wall with fixing of grommet cable tidy hole cover at outside wall of required size and fixing of external PVC AC water discharge pipe at external wall laid/fix from AC outdoor hole to bottom of buiding with proper clamping, finished to line, level, plumb, respective fittings, etc as per direction of NABARD Representative. The design, location to be approved by NABARD representative.

Providing, laying and fixing of premoulded and smooth polished, machine cut 1st quality Granite stone in required combination design pattern and approved colour shade and texture, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete laid with approved fixing material after proper chipping of old base and jointed with cement slurry, and pointing with epoxy based water proof grout to match the shades of the stones etc, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including chipping, rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels and finished to line, level, plumb etc. as required, including cutting of stone slab, wastage making cut outs wherever required machine polishing. Item including cost of all required dismantling, chipping of all sufaces, all materials, epoxy, curing, moulding, grouting, edge curve finishing, polishing, labours & royalties, conveyance ,loading and unloading ,sundries ,T & P etc. complete as per the specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge. The colour shade, pattern, design to be finalised by the NABARD representatives.
