Supply and Installation of torsion spring Tile Ceiling System at all heights manufactured by comprising of Tile of 600mm wide and length 600mm manufactured out of 0.7 mm thick aluminium (AA3105) with 1.5mm dia. perforations with 20% open area and pasted with NWT, NRC-0.7. Providing and fixing Honeycomb panels of 12mm thickness with honeycomb consisting of two skins of flat smooth Aluminum alloy AA3105, with an outer skin thickness of 0.7 mm and inner skin thickness of 0.5mm. The Panels should be Tested for Seismic Zone III compliance as per IS 1893 part 1-2016. Panel shall be factory manufactured to the required width subject to a maximum width of 900mm and to the required lengths subject to maximum of 2500 mm and shall essentially have each 12mm thick panel with panel edges on all four sides closed. The panels shall be cranked from factory to accommodate the bends required at site. Qudroclad panel fixed with torsion spring bracket to engage with factory punched 1.2mm black Powder coated slotted mullion profile G.I with the slots which engages Qudroclad panels by torsion spring by taking support from existing substructure with customized L bracket. The Qudroclad panels shall be roll formed and high pressure pressed in controlled factory conditions with two-part high temperature cured PU glue and with two consisting of aluminum skins and using a pre-treated corrosion resistant core of honeycomb Aluminium having a core diameter of 19mm and foil thickness of 0.076 mm.
